Two police officers have dogfight with UFO during helicopter patrol

February, 27, 1993 - Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States

Two Jefferson County air unit police officers — described by their lieutenant as "solid guys" — swear they had a two-minute dogfight with a UFO during a routine helicopter patrol Friday night. Two officers on the ground said they, too, spotted the object. The UFO — a glowing pear-shaped object about the size of a basketball — literally flew circles around the helicopter, even though the fliers say they were moving at speeds approaching 100 mph.  View full report

Close-range sighting of small disc-shaped object w/ dome on top

1993 - Melbourne, Australia

"It was only a meter or so in length. It was also shaped like the quintessential image of a UFO, a round flat disc with a small dome on the top. So ludicrously like something you'd see in a looney tune cartoon i felt like an idiot telling my friends what I had seen, and indeed none believed me."  View full report

Triangular, double-V shaped object seen by 3 people in Almunécar, Spain

August, 1992 - Almunécar, Granada/Andalusia, Spain

Three people were on a beach at Almunécar, in South Spain, at around 2 a.m., when they saw a triangular flying object, with a kind of bright "V" ( 2 of them) in the direction on the flight - just like two boomerangs fliying one behind each other, with the peak fordwards. It flew over their heads, without a sound, and disappeared with a "shining". The sighting lasted for about 10 seconds.  View full report

Grangemouth Electric UFO Photo

November, 12, 1991 - Grangemouth , United Kingdom

From the witness: "We watched it hover for around five minutes. It was then that we noticed that the 'craft' wasn't making any noise. Normally, if it was a helicopter, we would have heard the blades. It then turned around and faced our direction. At the point of the photograph, it was about 200 to 300 feet directly above us. It was then that we heard the light 'pulsing hum' of the object."  View full report

Amateur astronomer observes large triangle with luminous rings in corners

February, 2, 1990 - Hamburg, Germany

In about 8 seconds the triangle moved from the zenith to the horizon, in the direction of the city of Hamburg, where it vanished in the dust.  View full report
