A clear, close-range video of a saucer-shaped object spinning near a building in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria sometime in 2003. According to B. J. Booth, who eventually acquired and made public the video, it was taken by a woman, who made it available to local authorities in Bulgaria, who confiscated it from her. Luckily she had made a copy of it and placed it in the care of a friend. View full report

Family in car observes saucer-shaped object with lights hovering over trees, Orsay, France

On February 2, 2002 around 7 p.m. 40, a family in the car observes a mass illuminated in the shape of saucer. This mass is of gray color with white luminous lights on its periphery. The phenomenon is stationary above the trees with a diameter estimated by the witnesses at about fifteen meters. No noise is perceived during the observation which was stopped because of the profile of the road. No explanation could be brought to this phenomenon. View full report

Large triangular-shaped object with lights observed in Paris, France

On September 7, 1997 at 01 hours 43, a witness observes from his balcony a triangular form with two blue lights and a green one which moves slowly on a rectilinear trajectory. The observation lasts 12 seconds. No noise was perceived but the witness felt vibrations in the body, and when he wanted to take a photograph, its apparatus was blocked. The dimension of the object was estimated by the witness at approximately 700 meters. The investigation did not make it possible to give an explanation to this phenomenon. View full report

In the night of July 3, 1997 at 4 a.m., a witness in his sailing ship observes an intense gleam which goes down quickly during 2 to 3 seconds, stabilizes itself a few moments before moving out again very quickly horizontally to disappear in 2 or 3 seconds approximately. The witness calls his two fellow-members who were sleeping to announce his observation to them when they are witnesses to a second phenomenon in the form of yellow rhombus ochre with lights on the tops. On September 16, 1996 in the 5 hour old neighbourhoods, the witness in his car observes an ovoid [oval-shaped] machine [object] with three port-holes emitting a strong orange light. The object is stationary at an altitude of 30 to 40 meters and between 300 and 400 meters from the road. The somewhat frightened witness continues on the road and subsequently observes two identical objects higher in the sky. The objects observed were dark and their size estimated at ten meters length. On the cylinder, a fluorescent green light turned like a gyrophare [?]. The object, silent, was suspended 4 meters off the ground and approximately ten meters from the road. A 24-year-old man was driving to visit his parents in Vejle in Jutland, Denmark, when he experienced a dramatic stopping of his car when a disc-shaped UFO with a powerful light hovered over his vehicle. The object was only 3-4 meters above the car, and he could see a number of circular lamps on the underside. After a short time the intensity of the light from the UFO diminished, and it slowly moved away and out of sight; he was able to start the car again normally. View full report

The car leaves the city quickly but a little further finds the phenomenon in front of the vehicle: a triangle with the same type of light on the circumference came to be added to the circle. The triangle is equilateral 10 side meters approximately and altitude from 10 to 15 meters. Three people were on a beach at Almunécar, in South Spain, at around 2 a.m., when they saw a triangular flying object, with a kind of bright "V" ( 2 of them) in the direction on the flight - just like two boomerangs fliying one behind each other, with the peak fordwards.
