Pilot encounters giant pyramid-shaped UFO over Pelotas, Brazil

Brazilian pilot Haroldo Westendorf, 39, was flying over Pelotas when he encountered an enormous pyramid or cone shaped UFO, with 8-10 sides; it was 100 meters in diameter and 70 meters high. Westendorf was able to fly around the base of the object three times, at one point coming as close as 40 meters. Then, out of an opening at the top of the craft, a smaller classic disc-shaped UFO emerged and flew off at tremendous speed. Three air traffic controllers and others on the ground also witnessed the event. View full report

Dome-shaped object with lights in Pont de Salars, France

On September 12, 1996 around 8 p.m., a mother and her daughter in their car observe an object made up of an ovoid [oval-shaped] skirt [?] and a surmounted cylinder on a dome with three lights (port-holes?) sharp red. On the cylinder, a fluorescent green light turned like a gyrophare [?]. The object, silent, was suspended 4 meters off the ground and approximately ten meters from the road. Its size is estimated as two cars [size] approximately. The object disappeared at the end of a few minutes. The phenomenon observed was not explained. View full report

The Varginha Incident (Brazil)

In 1996 in Varginha, Brazil, during the course of several weeks at least two and perhaps as many as six alien creatures were captured or killed and turned over to American authorities, and a UFO may have crashed. Eyewitnesses described the creatures as humanoid and 3 to 4 feet tall. They had dark brown, hairless skin, big triangular heads with three short "horns" on top, and huge red eyes that were vertically oval. View full report

The witnesses (husband and wife) were driving back from fishing at a quarry in Harwinton when they observed a large metallic disk about 500 feet in diameter at an altitude of about 200 feet, from a distance of about a half mile, during daytime. UFO lands to repair hole in its hull (Transvaal, South Africa)

When a local farmer from Groot Marico in the western Transvaal plains region first observed the saucer-shaped object on Thursday morning, he noticed that it had a distinctly visible hole in its hull. The farmer, Mr. Jan Pienaar (45), is of the opinion that this "vehicle" landed on a remote country road between Coligny and Brakspruit to have its damaged hull repaired. Triangle-shaped object with lights hovers above, then follows car in Selestat France

The car leaves the city quickly but a little further finds the phenomenon in front of the vehicle: a triangle with the same type of light on the circumference came to be added to the circle. The triangle is equilateral 10 side meters approximately and altitude from 10 to 15 meters. The phenomenon accompanied the vehicle which ran to approximately 80 km/h while adapting at the speed and that on several km. During a change of direction the object accelerated and moved away. African Schoolchildren See Landed UFO and Occupant (Ariel School Sighting in Ruwa, Zimbabwe)

On 14th September, 1994, a UFO streaked across the sky over Southern Africa. Two days later, something landed in a schoolyard in Ruwa, Zimbabwe, with three or four things beside it, according to journalist Cynthia Hind. This was witnessed by 62 schoolchildren, who had little or no exposure to TV or popular press accounts of UFOs. Two Jefferson County air unit police officers — described by their lieutenant as "solid guys" — swear they had a two-minute dogfight with a UFO during a routine helicopter patrol Friday night. Two officers on the ground said they, too, spotted the object. The UFO — a glowing pear-shaped object about the size of a basketball — literally flew circles around the helicopter, even though the fliers say they were moving at speeds approaching 100 mph.
