September, 12, 1992 - New York, Pennsylvania, United States

Domed conical object moving slowly to a hover. Three to four bands of lights that pulsated between a bright yellow to a deep orange where cone shaped portion met the domed top. Hovered for no more than 4 minutes and disappeared in ascent in a NE direction.

Two adults in car saw huge silent object directly over highway, apparently not moving. Object was shaped like a chevron or boomerang, with bright lights in several colors along edges. Object was visible for several seconds, then disappeared without a trace or sound.

October 1990, dusk. My son called me outside to see a craft heading north just over our tree line. Speed was at a very slow walk for us. Oval shaped craft four lights outer rim , colors red green, blue, yellow. Larger light in certer of very low intensity white. Extremely low pitched humming sound, "you could feel it". Missing time, made a big deal about it that night and then we did not even think about it for years. This is totally unlike me. Called selfridge ANG Base and was told that there was nothing on radar.
