Summary:
at exactly 1:15am I let my dog "bella" out to use the bathroom, I immediately noticed a bright twinkling ojbect in the sky directly in front of me, it was slowly descending, I went inside got dressed, grabbed my camera and came out and the object was still there, I then tried to walk across the street for better view but when I arrived there approximately 15 seconds later the object was no longer visible.

Appearance / Description of Object(s)it looked like a bright star that was radiating differnent colors and vibrating or pulsating. Size of Object(s)3 to 4 times the size of the brightest start out Description of Area / Surroundingsresidential neighborhood Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?definately is not a star, moon, satellite or planet so UFO would seem appropriate.
