On early Tuesday morning,@9:00 am. I witnessed a SILVER ORB in the North Western skies; @ 1500 ft. above the tree line, about 200 yds. from my parked vehicle. I watched this event, and thought: I see you, and I reached for my cell phone to take a picture, but before I could, this thing was gone. All of this happened while in the presence of a Park Police, a DC Police { both on horse back } and a citizen in the park, detailing her truck/SUV.

I affirm on my oath of service as a Honorably Discharged US Marin Sgt. that this event did happened

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

NO. This was not something I would call MAN MADE.
