From 2009 until present day I have observed UFO's in small groups in different quadrants of space at the same time. This has occurred on numerous occasions. I know these to be craft because I have watched some of them move around. What I would like to know, why are they only visible through the peripheal vision? I know the United States has worked to develop a way to disrupt the visual spectrum looking straight at an object. However, they were having a problem in that you could see the object out of the peripheal vision. Given the number of times I have seen these craft, I am concerned and wondering who is responsible for them. Can anyone shed some light on this. Sincerely Robert Gurley
