Object was scene @ 7:29 am on 12-21-2012 while traveling from Mcallen Tx. Caught my attention,I couldnt comprehend what it was ...pulled over took photos and object appeard to remain mtion less and not tetherd.15 mins later while traveling object remaind visible and captured on video. Arrive in Zapata Tx object was visible still captured as well on video.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Yes and no. Has no logic...remaind stationar with no visble rotors,tethers,and orengine noise.
