It had an appearance of a flare,color was bright orange changing to a distinctive blue as it moved in a northerly direction.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Urban area, no military base or power planting the area, and the sky's were absolutely clear.

Stationary bright orange ball in the sky, started moving northwards and started flickering randomly (a random slow flicker) - as it moved further away to the north, became a distinctive blue and appeared to be gaining speed. The evening before there were two of these bright orange balls in the sky at approximate 20h00 moving in an easterly direction, so the possibility of it being a satellite is unlikely.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not sure what I saw, really odd and out of place in the clear skies, no noise come from object in the sky, really strange...

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

Keep it convinced that UFO' s actually exist, but this was a strange experience and not quite sure what to make of this strange sighting.
