Time was 6:00 pm on memorial day 2012 . Star like object appeared at bottom of the moon. Light begain moving across face of moon to upper right side of moon. The moon was not full but half way full. Still day light out. Moon was at 12 Oclock high in the sky. Got my binoculars and took a look at starlike object. Shaw a silver disk shaped craft. Object stayed in same place for 40 minutes No sound was made by object. Was viewed untill blinked out.
