The brightness was slightly brighter than the stars. the lights were circular shaped, and were a-cimetrical from one another.

looked to be 5 millimeters from my point of view, possibly 15 meters in actual size.

possibly 15 miles in, away from earths soil.

I was gazzing at the night sky and there was, a rotating object moving south with 4 lights, at first I thought It was a plaine, but there was no blinking red lights. I was looking west and the object was spinning clockwise.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

it was spinning, there was no blinking light, and no sound, it also suddenly turned into 4 light lines and was gone. so, not someting that moves fast enough to our technolagy.
