Featured Sighting Reports

This is not really a sighting but a question. Are there UFOs that look like the moon? What i saw was an object hanging low but extremely huge for the moon i usually sight.  

Object came right down over our house and street causing 3 cars to crash by drivers looking at it. Was crazy.  

On may way home in Hillsborough, NJ from work in New Brunswick, NJ ...about 10 miles away. I saw the object hovering over the rear area of a farmhouse between it and the barn.  

Large circular object with what looked like 2 main headlights and then many smaller ones around the object. Larger than a car. I was only about 25 feet from it. Just completed my voice music lesson and was waiting on the porch for my parents to arrive to pick me up. I was about 10 at the time. Therefore this would have occurred in 64 or 65. The house was on a hill with many steps up to it.Near the Mckeesport Middle school at the time.  

1AM IN THE MORNING, HEARD WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A CAR APPROACHING, I THEN REALISED THE SOUND WAS IN THE SKY ABOVE ME. IT OOUNDED LIKE SOMEONE HOOVERING IN AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM-THINKING IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT TO BE HOOVERING I LOOKED UP TO SEE WHAT HOUSE LIGHTS WERE ON TO PLACE THE SOUND TO SEE A HUGE HOVERING DISC WITH LIGHTS IN THE SKY ABOVE ME  

Two flying disc's were in the sky above and a little forward of my car at approximately at 1500 feet above me  

Round shaped craft hovering silently . Lit from under . 100-200 meters from ground .20 meters in diameter . Observed for around five seconds and then it speed away too the left . Fast enough to leave a light trail acroos the night sky

Thought I was looking at just another satellite, then this light, not at plane alt, way up there, started to slow down, stopped, made a 90' right turn, moved for maybe a second, then made another 90' right hand turn, while moving!!! Then started to accelerate back the way it came. Then accelerate so fast that it looked like a line in the sky.Viewed through Pvs 7 delta nvg's, with a3x magnifier.  

noticed 3 light green saucers with a white dome on top in wedge formation, flying low and west emitting orange sparks behind. at approx. 5:30 in evening on a clear day. seemed to be about the speed of a small jet plane, maby slower. my young boy also whitnessed this as I was hitting fly balls for him.  

Me and my best friend ,his mother and sister saw something in the sky.  

We were star gazing and was very shocked at what we saw .The objects appeared round with light flashing around them in a circular motion .They seem to be forming traingle formations in the sky .They moved very fast then just stopped and hovered for awhile .

Driving south on Hwy. 36 from Boulder, Colorado, I spotted a strange object in the sky which was unlike anything I had ever seen. It was a long black object surrounded by what appeared to be vapor. This was in the daytime, clear blue sky, just before 11am.  

It was just one blimp shape object hoovering over some trees in my backyard . It had different color flashing lights red,white,blue and white. Jus disappeared without a sound and trace. We have nothing that hitech.  

I saw 7 ufos over my parents villa in spain over 40 minutes. I have over 20 photos and 2 videos. The first ones I saw were eye level with me and between myself and a yacht anchored at sea. The other ufos I saw looked like huge white balls in sky in triangular shape. i have pictures of these.  

Small round object observed hovering above tall pine trees on R; just beyond power line right of way. Caught attention because of bright colored lights inside rectangular"windows" that surrounded object and rotated within it.  

Small looking round object that was hovering above tall pine trees on right as I was heading north. Object was noticeable because it was filled with lovely, brightly lit rectangular windows that appeared to rotate like a spinning top as you press it down.  

Cresent shape moon aircraft, approximately 30 feet off the ground, approximately 40 feet out, moving at a rough estimated speed of 15 mpg. Myself and another person briefly caught sight of the craft for approximately 3-5 seconds before a building blocked the view and disappeared. Aircraft was approximately 15 feet across and 7 feet from front to back, and could not see the top as we underneathe the UFO.

UFOs disguised as clouds that remained in place/shape for over six hours over the Grand Canyon. A field of crystal rocks were scattered nearby, that apparently never existed, according to a Park Ranger, when I tried to find the area. The UFO clouds vanished within a minute, and I now believe they didn't fly across the sky but traveled through some kind of worm hole that the crystals were connected with.  

I saw a white shadow-like mist move very quickly, dismissed it as nothing, then saw it again... it transformed from a apparition type entity to a V shaped object.  

Two adults in car saw huge silent object directly over highway, apparently not moving. Object was shaped like a chevron or boomerang, with bright lights in several colors along edges. Object was visible for several seconds, then disappeared without a trace or sound.  

October 1990, dusk. My son called me outside to see a craft heading north just over our tree line. Speed was at a very slow walk for us. Oval shaped craft four lights outer rim , colors red green, blue, yellow. Larger light in certer of very low intensity white. Extremely low pitched humming sound, "you could feel it". Missing time, made a big deal about it that night and then we did not even think about it for years. This is totally unlike me. Called selfridge ANG Base and was told that there was nothing on radar.  

A UFO hovered over my mother and I as we were walking home.  

Me and about 40 other Marines witnessed a small rounded pyramid type ufo taking off on marine corps base camp pendleton in california, while i was in Marine combat training, out in "the field".  

I saw a strange silver saucer in the air, spinning and traversing along the surface of earth at an altitude of about 100 meters. It kept traversing at same altitude at a speed of about 100 Kilo meters an hour and gradually disappeared after about 30 seconds.  

Three large clear "tubes" dropped down from the sky on major highway and remained there, motionless for several minutes.  

Two rather bright objects in the northern sky at 10PM, one farther away and somewhat dimmer. The objects were about 10,000 feet above the ground. Each object had 3 bright lights horizontally without a beam. There was a reflection and refracted light like a rainbow around the 3 lights on both objects. We watched with binoculars and eventually the objects moved slowly northward and disappeared.  

Glowing saucer flew over and checked us out.  

Round object, with tenatcles all around, like antennas or probes. Black and silver, mostly black, about the size of a big travelbus. first stationnary, for a minute or ten, and tean vanished quickly. can't say what proppelled it, or how fast it went.  

A massive triangular object seen sitting motionless in the air. Witness' dogs were upset and aggressive, and the witness experienced missing time. The sighting took place close to Maguire Air Force Base.  

Mild summer evening after dark in Aug 1956 several UFO's put on quite a show that lasted up to about 1/2 hr. It was broadcast on a radio station so numerous people saw this show.. There were 3 saucer-shaped UFO's, one came quite close.  

Metallic saucer shape made no sound, Drifted over our heads about 200ft above. Different color lights red, green, white, blue, yellow flashing around bottom.  

Two large saucer-shaped crafts with still, bright yellow lights and many, many smaller saucer-shaped craft with flickering blue/green, yellow and red lights. Constantly moving, some slow, some fast, seemed to skimmer over land and buildings on the north-west side of Melbourne around 10pm onwards.  

Saw 4 lights in the southern sky that merged into one comet-like 'fireball.' Then it broke up into at least 8 circles. Almost like fireworks, but instead of going up into the sky it was falling to Earth.  

A very large hang-glider shaped craft flew over Wollongong heading north to south at midnight on (i think) the 23.4.93. Seemed very high in the sky and was visible for about 30 seconds. The craft had no lights, was silent, and flew acroos the sky in a straight line.  

Three silent, non-reflective black triangular (bottoms) of 2/3 longer than wide, following the long point in direction of travel, which was slow and low, with no near clouds or visual interruptions in vision between us, in a "goose-flight V" formation, with the center one in front. in vision for over a slow minute, then gone, with no flight away apparent. No lights, fins or cracks or any kind of shapes except the smooth, solid black wedges. Full daylight, bright sun, but, not in my eyes.  

Sighting of a large disc shaped flying object, spinning and stationary about 500 feet altitude. [Witnessed by on-duty serving member of British Royal Air Force.]  

Crystaline Object sighted around the month of Nove/Dec 2011 between 3 and 3.30a.m  

We see all kinds of strange flying objects. The most common ones are triangular and have 3 lights. They seem to meet in the sky and then part ways.  

Three blue lights in triangular formation hovering above my apartment complex in town, I've seen these lights over Dunedin on and off for a few months now. After floating around in this triangle formation another brighter white light orb flys around the sky at high speed (much faster than any air  

Myself and two witnesses who I talk to today. Five LED looking lights showed up in a triangle. The would swirl together in what I think was a space time warp, followed by teleportation about a half a mile away.  

My brother and I sighted a UFO at the U.S. Forestry Visitors Center that overlook the Whiskeytown Lake in the town of Whiskeytown, California . I noticed a object hovering over the water near the east bank from the small lookout point that the Forestry Department has for visitors. The U.S.Forestry has a small area of a lookout site in front of the office ! As the visitors look NORTH one can see the Mount Shasta Trinity Mountains towering over everything. The Government Office is called the Visitors Center for all boating and camping permits in this area !  

Strange light, orange - red in colour. Mainly just above Orion's belt but moves constantly. Not sure on distance or size. Erratic movement. Somewhat similar to a Chinese lantern however I've set lanterns off. I watched this light for a length of time, any chinese lantern would of burnt out long before. Nothing light a satelite or meteorite i've ever seen before.  

White ball of light flying approximately 75 feet above ground level.  

Departed the 'Totem' after breakfast on a very quiet and very peaceful early spring morning. We turned right out of the restaurant frontside parking lot to proceed on a Sunday drive. We only drove 200 to 250 feet when both my friend and I saw this

We saw a isosceles shaped , black, triangle , with multi-colored lights , all over the bottom , some blinking, some not , totally silent , very large (I estimate 500 ft. or longer) .
