Flying Humanoids in Mexico

Does that freak you out like it does me? That poor cop in Mexico was in shock after one of those "witches" as he referred to it kept bumping up against his car from the air. Sweet Jesus. That's about the only alien scenario I could defintely do without.

Anyone know what I'm referring to?
