If i'm not too wrong this is a 3D model, most likely created for MS Flightsim 2002 or 2004. There are quite a few models of UFO's and secret craft available for FS and it's pretty easy to fake nearly realistic pictures nowadays with FS. In the case of these pictures some 3D modelling program was used to create backgrounds though and in the last picture they used a real photo.

No your not wrong Doc. They are computer generated images from the vague descriptions the Arstist recieved from someone that claimed to have access to the project. I just thought the pictures were pretty cool.
