the real reason for nondisclosure is humanities infantile reconciliation at public large. I don't think anyone can deny that UFO's are real. The question is what are the 5% or so that stay UFO's after investigation.

UFO stands for Unidentified flying objects.. If you see something and do not know what it is you are seeing a UFO
