I have read most UFO reports and encounters but none compare to the experience my wife and I had in the Santa Clarita Valley.
This happened in 1978 but it is something you cannot easily forget and led to me reading and researching all I can find on the subject.
We are not at shy about speaking about it. We were lucky to see what we saw and openly speak about it.
I only wish that we could go through a hypnosis to repeat the experience. Perhaps you can help us on this.
It was a warm summer Friday night and I was standing on the upper deck of the swimming pool, brushing the sides with a long pole and brush attached to it. The pool lights were on. Our kids, were planning to swim the next morning and I wanted the pool clean. My wife and kids were watching television approximately 40 feet from were I stood. It was around 9:30 PM.
As I moved my hands upwards to grab the upper end of the pole something caught my vision. It was a craft approaching at a low altitude perhaps a block away. It had lights on the front portion that clearly did not look like a helicopter. We were used to seeing Sheriff helicopters patrolling over our neighborhood, often flying low or hovering over our pool area to get glances of my wife and her friends laying out. We often waved them off using one finger.
I kept looking at the approaching craft and then realized it was not a helicopter but something very different. I ran to our back door and yelled at my wife and kids to come and see what I was seeing. Only my wife got out and by that time the craft was right above our pool area stationed there. It seemed as if it floated and had a slight wobble as if it were caught in a slight wind.
The craft was no higher than 60 feet above us. It was metallic shiny solid and shaped as those you see in movies. It had a upper dome with windows around it. The body was one solid piece, no obvious connectors. It had ski like device in the upper front but not centered, so it may have been some form of docking device because it was too far forward. I later tried to draw the angles and design of the ski like device and was unsuccessful. I remember that it was a very strange angle and design.
The craft had a window jut bellow the front leading edge of the saucer shape. That window was at least 4 X 8 feet long. We could see bluish/orange glow inside but no occupants. The center of the craft was concave and two rectangular shaped objects were inside the concave area. The height of the craft was the equivalent of a 1 1/2 story house and with a total diameter of approximately 75-80 feet.
The craft tilted forward and downwards and we could see the upper section and could tell the light on top was not reflecting from out swimming pool lights but that it came from crafts skin since there were no other visible lights other than those in the very front or leading edge of saucer shape. I think this is why people report seeing glowing crafts.
My wife, Gloria, kept repeating "oh my god" over and over. I was fixated on details and design. I have to admit that I was somewhat scared but almost frozen staring at something that was not supposed to be there. Like seeing a Greyhound Bus floating over your pool.
The craft was over our house for approximately 30-45 seconds. Afterwards it resumed moving Southeast at about 30-40 MPH and at the same altitude. It never made a sound. I jumped on a 6 foot wall to continue seeing for approximately 3-4 miles.
I told my wife not to speak to go inside draw what she could and then compare notes.
My background includes a Certificate in Group Propulsion Systems. I attended Northrop Institute of Technology planning to be an Aeronautical Engineer but then switched to business. I served as an executive in several Fortune 500 computer companies and was cofounder of two companies. One of my companies had substantial clients in Europe including Kuwait Petroleum International retail operations, Bell South, and software joint ventures in India. I consider myself a serious person who takes this subject very seriously.
I am fully convinced that world governments, including ours, knows very well of the presence of extra-terrestrial visitors to our planet but are afraid to share this with the public.

hi i'm an Indian...i was surfing this sight and seeing the unusal pics taken by so many people....from childhood i've been very intersted in the topic U.F.O and other such unnatural phenomenons. and i've also done many researches .... the objects shown are extremely interesting but again the question arrives of the pics being hoax or real...my question to u is that could you really guide me and help me prove that U.F.O really exist...can u send me some authentic pics ? i was told about a rumour that the American military is creating such unidentified objects and testing them to which the public thinks of the objects being from an unknown planet...well another rumour also was the Military having contacts with so called U.F.O...can you please give me some information on these questions ...because it is true that there are military bases which are strictly prohibited from even coming near..do U.F.Os really exist??? the objects are said to be mostly found on or in the waters of the Bermuda Triangle..does the Bermuda Triangle have something to do with U.F.O and a Time Window where ships and planes were said to have disappeared and even lost.... thank you..hope you can help me with my doubts..and keeep up the great work..

YES, UFOs are definitely real. even if 99% of the sightings are fasle or can be explained by other phenomenon. aliens have visited us in the past & also will visit us in the future.
if E.Ts do not exist it would be like saying that in a field ful of corn only one grain will reap,& thats quite ridiculous? , isnt it?as technology is developing, we may gradually learn to communicate with them . they will definitely be having some kind of advanced propulsion system , which we will learn in some future time. for now they may just be observing earth its enviroment ,plants , animals etc & may even consider humans as quite a primative species in they terms .
anyway for now humanity is quite happy existing as a small grain of sand on a vast unexplored beach.
and if any E.Ts happen to read this please wait for us to develop into a more refined race capable of living in harmony with nature.

Things fly around or look like they do. Some people can't identify them. Therefore they are "unidentified flying objects". To assume they are anything to do with aliens from other planets is just crazy. The only reason to think that is that people want to believe in aliens. That doesn't mean there are any around here. There aren't You can trust me on that one.

Of course they are real. I've seen UFOs before, but even if I hadn't seen anything, there is more than enough information available to prove the existence of aliens. Naturally, the skeptics routinely ignore that information, and simply keep using the same excuses that they've passed down for many years. Sure, I don't believe everything I hear about UFOs and aliens...some theories are a bit hard to deal with, even for a believer and witness like myself. However, there are many facts connected to UFOs that are very solid, and that includes the subject of alien abduction.
One thing has occurred to me about the skeptics which hasn't really been discussed, but I hope this opens things up a bit. The "professional" skeptics like Klass, The "Amazing (For What?)"Randi, and others like them spend a LOT of time judging the validity of any UFO witness by challenging their mental state and sociological status. Has anyone ever challenged back? Because if not, I'M ABOUT TO! Is it posible that the UFO/Alien skeptics have problems with:
Race: Are skeptics of UFOs and aliens actually exhibiting another form of racism? Isn't it possible that these guys are simply scared of anyone who doesn't look like them? The prejudice against the idea of aliens and UFOs may just be an extension of their very Earthbound bigotry.
Paranoia: Has anyone ever wondered how these skeptics always seem to FIND a way to denounce UFOs on national TV and radio? How do they know where to go and who to criticize? Easy. They actually buy UFO books, magazines, and DVDs. They actually pay to get into the UFO and New Age expos and listen to speakers who have an interest in UFOs. Why? Because they are paranoid...oh, and they need "fuel" anywhere they can find it. Wherever the believers are, the skeptics follow. Look, if I'm skeptical about something, anything, I'll simply state my opinion and leave it alone afterwards. I don't chase, embarrass, and crucify others because they don't agree with me, and I certainly don't buy books and publications that support something I DO NOT believe in.
Let's put it this way, more than likely, you have a certain standard in your political beliefs. That's fine. However, would you be willing to spend your hard-earned money on going to the convention of the OPPOSING party? Would you contribute money to their cause? This is what the "professional" skeptic does. Does it make any sense to you?
UFO Claims vs. Lame Excuses: The skeptics truly reach beyond the stars with their excuses, what's even more incredible is that they expect you to believe them. When astronauts, police, and citizens who have no reason to lie give a statement that they saw something that defies any earthly explanation, it makes no sense to tell these people, without doing an investigation of their sightings (or even talking to them) that what they saw was the moon or Venus. So what it was shaped like a saucer, triangle,etc. You saw Venus and it's true because I SAID SO! The end...at least to a skeptic.
There are many more things I could mention, these are only a few, but that will be it for now. I certainly hope others will look at this angle too. There is nothing wrong with you if you believe that there is life beyond Earth, no matter what ANY skeptic says. Sooner or later, something will occur that no skeptic can deny. However, one thing they can't deny now is that the psychological scrutiny that they've been applying to UFO witnesses and enthusiasts can easily be applied to them..don't hesitate to question them the way they question you.

It Looks Like They are setting up to intercept any launches.
If the UFOs are surveillance & reconnaisance craft, their in-flight inspections of nuclear facilities indicate that they have a capability to track & locate radioactive isotopes which are not visible from the air. If the UFOs appear to take an interest in human activities which involve radioactive isotopes this may suggest that they anticipate or are standing by (will have had the data) if in the future any of the sites will be a launch site. It is possible that they could detonate or disable such a device in its silo before the launch was completed.
I strongly believe & have sure information which leads me to understand that nuclear weapons cause an irremediable change to the universal heat mass ratio. I call this the heat mass proportionality. It is the basis and substance of the unified field. Nuclear devices convert mass to heat & light. As mass, matter has three essential properties, namely, gravitation, inertia & heat sink. These three essential properties are provided a priori from the big bang: all matter is the condensed residue of an incredibly tremendous heat annihilating an incredibly tremendous quantity of material. The residue is all the matter that remained which was exactly capable to contain the residual heat, and to exist within the ranges of phase of substances, at pressures & temperatures within which habitable conditions have come to be known.
If UFOs are inhabited by life forms which also inhabit this planet (in remote regions), it would be easy to assume that anything which they regarded as a danger to the ongoing habitability of Earth would also be something with which they would concern themselves. We may easily presume that the sigtings of UFOs particularly at locations where radioactive isotopes are manipulated by humans represents something consistent with their keen interest in the preservation of the planet Earth's habitability, generally, and perhaps especially as concerns their own survival in particular.
