Swaziland has UFO visits My now 81year old grandma who resides in Swaziland Matsapha, witnessed a UFO in the late 80's in her yard at about 4:30am. She says the disc shaped object, illuminating immense light, swopped past her at great speed and stood hovering for about 5mins before it disappeared in a very slow motion following a ray of light directly towards the sky. Her story is rather different as they commuincated with her, persuading her through telepathic communocation to attend to a section of her garden that she would normally end with rather than begin with as was the case in this instance. My theory is "the little men" were roaming around the area she would normally have begun with. |

ufo It was about 8 years ago I was sitting at a location called Rocklands in Simonstown
Cape Town South Africa.Dont know what I saw but it was about just after eight in the evening.I looked up into the night sky and saw a bright light the same distance as a star, and this light moved from left to right in zig zag motion for about four seconds then shot straight up and disappeard. Can you set this straight was it a satelight? or a UFO. |

Durban South Africa Some years ago I remember some-one telling me of a UFO that was sighted over Durban's bay (Delgoa Bay) and what was most striking about the sighting is that the UFO covered the sky over the entire bay. That is massive, to say the least.
However, I have not been able to find any reference to this on the Internet. |

UFO in Africa It is true that there have been UFOs sightings in Africa. The reason why they are not reported is because people associate them with witchcraft. I remember in my childhood back in Tanzania, i saw something which i believe was a UFO |

Saw an UFO in Liberia (1977) and talked to Dogon farmers (1981) in Mali One early Saturday morning, while hanging out clothes, I saw what looked like an UFO in Liberia. In 1977, I was an agricultural teacher, so I reported
what I and three neighbors saw, but no one believed us. Two of of the
neighbors indicated that their village (in Loma County, northern Liberia) saw
the same UFO in 1957 hoovering around their village. This village was located near an ancient ruin - with stone military sites, houses that looked like indoor plumbing existed, and temples.
In 1981,while visiting Timbuktu in northern Mali, I had an opportunity to
talk to farmers from the Dogon ethnic group. They told me that small-sized
and blue black men "from the sky" flew down from the sky in metal boxes
(space ships??) and taught their ancestors math and crop production skills.
They also told me that every other generation, people in their village can see UFO's in the sky.
In Bamako, Mali's capital city, and in Sebegal - I was told that the people in the Dogon village are the descendents of teachers who taught at the Sankore University before it was captured by Morrocco in the late 1500's.
Could their ancestors been visited by UFO's? No one has believed me, so
I stopped talking about UFO's and Africa. Perhaps greater study about UFO's in Africa needs to be addressed |

Peter & Frances store I have just found this article, and I am the Frances referred to. I also want to say that there we ourselves sighted far more UFOs, as did other members of our family, and acquaintences, all in Africa.
However, there is a general reluctance to admit to it, for fear of being labelled cranks or crazies. This may be why there are so few reported sightings. We ourselves did not give our real surname for this very reason.
Since I moved to the UK in 2000, I have seen more than a dozen UFOs, as have my children, including two when we went back to South Africa on holiday in 2001 |
