Unmarked Aircraft/Helicopters & Circular Disk Shaped Objects

For seven years, I have been sending E-Mails, like the one below to practically everyone in authority, about unmarked commercial type aircraft, that have been circling around our estate now for at least 7 years. I have also, on many occasions seen circular disk shaped objects, over the Tabard Gardens Estate area.
Two years ago, I was coming home about 4:30pm, sometime in February, when I saw a black unmarked helicopter, just flying around in a tight circular flight pattern, 150 feet above the park. However, what was so strange about all of this was, two huge red disk shaped objects, that I saw in the night sky. These circular disks were about 150ft in diameter & about 2000ft altitude. I was shocked & surprised. These objects made no sound. One just kept going back and forwards towards the other object that remained stationary. Other people who were in the park that night also saw these huge red disks. I have seen many other unidentifiable objects, that make no sound, flying over Tabard Gardens on may occasions,, most of which are much smaller, circular disk shaped objects, that also make no sound whatsoever.
As you can see from the E-Mail, attached below, I sent to; the CAA, NATS, Transport Secretary, Valerie Shawcross (Labour MP Southwark & Bermondsey), The MOD., Prime Ministers office, The London Mayors Office, HACAN and my own MP Simon Hughes (MP for Southwark & Bermondsey). Not one of the individuals or organisations have been able to come up with an explanation on who these aircraft belong to and who is giving these aircraft the right to fly so low over Tabard Estate, so early every morning for seven years, waking up residents.
Valerie Shawcross MP, who also sits on the London Assembly, has told me that she too has come to a dead end, in trying to find out why these unmarked aircraft are just flying around in circles, from 7:30am until 11:00pm at night. Valerie Shawcross told me, without photographs of these unmarked aircraft, "I cannot proceed any further with this matter". I don't own a camera myself, if I did, I would of taken pictures of these four commercial type aircraft, long ago. Is there any chance, that you folks at UFOEVIDENCE, could come down to Tabard Gardens Estate, Manciple Street, London, SE1 4DL and take some pictures of these mysterious aircraft and send copies to Valerie Shawcross MP, at the London Assembly?

For over seven years now, there have been unmarked aircraft & helicopters just circling around Tabard Gardens Estate, London, SE1, as well as Burgess Park SE1, at early hours of the mornings, including weekends. I have tried to find out who these aircraft belong to and where they are coming from and going to. They start to fly over Tabard Gardens at 5:30am until 11:00pm at night. I could understand if they were genuine commercial passenger aircraft, landing at Docklands or Heathrow airports, but their not. It's bizarre; I cannot understand why these aircraft are allowed to fly around in circles for nearly 18 hours every day!
The unnecessary levels of pollution and noise these aircraft are producing are totally unacceptable. The residents of Tabard Gardens are outraged that after all these years of aircraft noise, waking people up at early hours of the mornings; nothing has been done to put a stop to all of this.
I have written to my local MP Simon Hughes. As I have been explaining to Valerie Shawcross (Labour MP for Southwark & Bermondsey) these aircraft have been flying every day for 2555 days, from 5:30am until 11pm! These unmarked aircraft are obviously from some military organisation. There are clearly no proper identification markings on them whatsoever.
I had been frequently writing to the previous Labour administration. However, despite all my letters & E-Mails, I just came up against a brick wall of silence. No one within the past Labour Government, nor the CAA, NATS or the MOD (who are ultimately responsible for these aircraft) did nothing to stop these unnecessary flights over our residential area.
Altogether, I have counted at least 18 different types of aircraft/helicopters that have no official markings on them whatsoever. Surely this is a direct violation of the CAA's & NATS’s rules, as regards aircraft flying over British air space? All the MOD has told me, is that they have put my complaint on file! I don't know what that is supposed to mean. It seems to me that the MOD are not even going to bother, as usual. If the MOD refuse to put and end to these flights, I am going to take this matter up with the press & media.
I did receive an E-Mail from a person within the CAA, and he told me that the CAA does not keep an eye on every aircraft that flies within our air space. Frankly, I find this hard to believe. Unknown/unmarked aircraft flying over British air space must surely be of great concern to the CAA & NATS. After all, these aircraft could be carrying biological or chemical weapons on board, or some other deadly nerve agent.
Writing & complaining has got me nowhere, surely Minister, you have to agree that this is no way to run a free & democratic society, we are all supposed to be living in?
Would you please give this matter your full attention?
I was driving by the ocean in Stonehaven,.Scotland and saw a ufo, three in fact. Not saucer shaped more rocket shaped. They performed a few impossible manuevers and disappeared.

people associate aliens with flying saucers
I would have preferred to have attached a video clip of my electronic UFO detector in operation. I also have a preference for giving the facts as they come, rather than selecting the facts that fit the accepted theories. Furthermore, many people associate aliens with flying saucers, as though the two were inseparable. You could equally associate humans with cars, as though those two were inseparable. What about aliens that had landed?

thay know that we know there are ufos out there, we don't need them to tell us there is no such thing because there IS and we have seen them, photographed them, seen them in space ect ect..................................they say that we need protecting against the truth i say let us decide for ourselves..................................

The pill and 1967 flap
It seems if you want to take eggs and sperm from subjects 1967 would be a good year to start because it was before we were all contaminated with the pill that is now in the ground and the water supply. Cattle mutilation makes sence at the same time because they have a hormone that delays birth so that all the enbreos develop at the same time we dont have that but our eggs could be transported that way this is just a sujestion from an ubductee. excuse spelling had lots of brain surgery S Nay

Confirmation of BUFORA's continuing interest in serious UFO investigations
Many articles at this date, staff resignations, and the format of the discussion panel, create the impression that all is not well with BUFORA, and that the serious investigation side of the UFO phenomenon has been ditched in favour of a ligh-hearted approach to the entire programme. I had intended to renew my subscription in due course, but in the light of these changes I must now reconsider the position, Also, most times my attempts to log into BUFORA fail. Why is this?
Can you please comment on the present position.
