in the fall of 1983 i believe i was station at hurlbert field me mike teal and skake man where on our way to mobile too a concert we took a short cut 87 north of holley i was in the back seat when i notice something flying about 100 feet above the ground thought it was a aircraft being on a base it was common so about a minute later i look again it was still there and i could see it was a flying saucer but it does not look like the pics i see on this web sight it was black metalic 26 years later i can still remember excactly what it looks like i told them and they like were u r a re re but anyway they seen it we slowe down it slowed down it was following us we flash the headlights it flashed us back then i got nervous i cant remember loss of time but i think they interacted with us when we got to the interstate it hoovered at the mixmaster while we got on then it still was following us for about ten more minutes then shot off at an incredible speed this is a true story

I saw a UFO over Gulf Breeze in early 2007.

I was driving home from work at Portofino Resort on Pensacola Beach back to my house in Pace, it was around 9 at night, I took a left off Avalon into Santa Villa and when I made the turn I noticed a bright green light in the sky back to the southwest. I looked back at the road and then back at the object, it stayed for 1 or 2 more seconds then shot off faster than anything I have ever seen. I don't know what it was, I just saw it, clear as can be, I just felt like I needed to let it be known somehow.

First:
sorry, I´m not English spoken, so forgive me any mistake, my mothertongue is German (i.e. Lower-Bavarian-slang).

Second:
It´s hard for me to understand the meanwhile process on this theme. You can find Fors and Contras (it makes no difference where Your looking in the net), the "here-sited" (mean Germany) population on UFO-questions is either unbeleavable sceptic or in such a manner UFO-adicted that it seems that they are nuts or just dull and believe every trash, hopeful it´s loud enough.

Third:
So, what is at the time the "state of the art" concerning this case? For further help I´m very greatful, as there are some things in my past I cannot explain (f.e. Why am I intersted in this theme since I was 9 or 10 with an age of 52, collected dozens of newspaperarticles and got a pretty rich bookcollection on this, f.e. also in English Margeret Sachs "UFO Encyclopedia" or the original "Transformation" by Whitley Strieber because I didn´t trust in the German translation and became then no wiser as before ?)

Slow moving object

Around 315 am in winter park florida, I noticed a slow moving object...looked like a bright star at first, but I noticed it was moving at a snails pace...had one main bright light in middle with connecting small ones to the big one on the outside and from the small lights you can make out and see that it was a circular object...

Something weird seen in Gulf Shores on Beach March 1990

My husband and I were sitting at a boat launch at Ala Point Bridge, right inside the mouth of the inlet . We saw a tiny orange glow coming from the old Hang Out area. Zooming parallel to the beach just out from the shore , maybe 30ft above the water .As it came closer it became obvious it was a Large flaming ball of fire ,with fire trailing from the back of it. It was quite large. round like a Ball I would say at least 50 ft or so in dia. , it stayed at the same height and distance from the shore. it wasn't Falling it had came MIles away following the beach.like I said from when I first noticed it at least as far as where Hwy 59 ends. it continiued on past us still staying along the beach out over the water Never getting lower or higher, until it was well past the FloraBama area and seemed to move a way from the beach, it was hard to tell from where we were after that..It was low enough over the water it illuminated it. I've told this story to family and friends, They think yea, right. I've thought about sending this to you many times. But never had the guts to do it. I was just wondering if anyone else saw this It was the last day of March,1990, I want to say the 30th or 31st, I can check, It was the same nite my cousin was killed in a car accident in Pensacola , so I can find out the date for sure. it was after dark , don't remember the exact time. But It wasn't a meteor. It Never fell ,it flew like I stated earlier staying at the same height and distance from shore maybe right about were the underwater sand bar is out in the water ,If you've spent anytime , or grew up in this area as I have You know how close that is to shore..I would like to know if It was seen , by others.. Gulf Breeze UFO Sightings 1987

During the sightings period of time, one day while cleaning my pool I decovered a very small metal ball. This ball has strange symbols around it's center. I believe this is a message of some kind. I may have the only real proof of UFO's. I am retired now and would like to sell the object... but to who and at what value? I item is real.

Perhaps you have additional insight and or relevant information so that I may persue my querry further. I clearly recall the evening in question, where i was and with whom. I was watching the national news and they ended the evening's segment with a jovial and light herted look at some UFO evidence from florida. What was shown on the news was the craft we now all associate with the Ed Walters evidence, namely the craft above the roadbed and the one above the tree line. Except, the evidence presented on the news clip was in video format. I know what I saw, being myself an avid UFO buff, whatI I find odd is that this tape is nowhere to be found and even the so-caled experts themselves deny knowledge of it's existance. What's up, and thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this mystery.

The gulf breeze case is definately true. But, it happens to be very similar to the George Adamski case in california. The ufo pictures I have found on the internet on this case, I have proven to be not fake after examination with photoshop.exe, and paint.exe. No matter which one you use, they end up being the same...UN-EXPLAINABLE! Ihave so far collected this info.

That has got to be the funniest thing I've heard all day. All WEEK! Subamrines are not in Pensacola. And the Blue Angels are still based there at the Pensacola Naval Air Station as are many military aviators in their early years of training.
As far as the UFO's go... I grew up in the Gulf Breeze area. We all thought it was a big hoax.

I remember seeing a quiet aircraft of some sort...I mean quiet

that could hover indefinitely then take off so fast (no sound) across the sky and you could barely track it with your eyes, that was in novemeber or december of 87 here in GB...interestingly I saw something similar with my mother in Youngstown Ohio in around 1967...same hovering for several minutes then almost disappearing

i had seen evidence of sightings in the pensacola area as far back as 1956, when gulf breeze was a very small town on the bay.

I used to live in Pensacola, and I have visited the area where the sighting took place. I cannot tell you that Ed Walters reports are true or false, but I can tell you that it would be very difficult to mistake any of the lights there for anything else. On a relatively overcast night on one of the nights that I was there, I spotted Venus and three aircrafts.
They were easy to identify.
I would rather believe that it is either true or a hoax, but it difinitley wasn't a mistake.
As far as it being close to a Naval Base, I can tell you that the base is NOT one for testing new aircrafts. Once it was the home to the Blue Angels demo team, but is now a antisubmarine warfare school and port. So now it's mostly subs and helicopters. The last time I checked submarines don't fly through the air giving off lights and weaves in and out of trees, and most helicopter pilots wouldn't weave or land in such a spot full of trees and power lines.

Look where Gulf Breeze is, it is near a US Air Force Test Facility. Think about it, if you don't recognize new designs in planes any object at that altitude can seem like a UFO.
