The lights were aligned in a triagle pattern and changed colors. blues, greens, white, red, and yellowish glow.

I was going out back like every night for a smoke about 2:15am cst and I was looking south and noticed some strange lights that were changing colors and moving back and forth. I then walked towards my back yard fence and snapped a photo on my BRAND NEW cell phone which was in a case and lens was clean. I took a picture and then it seemed to dissapear then reappear, I watched this thing change colors and move north west for about 15 minutes then it just vanished at 2:34am cst. I am not sure what this was but it was not a aircraft and it was real low and diddnt make a noise. The size was seemed to be 50 yards from light to light. It was a perfect clear night.

be explained as any conventional man-made or natural
object?
City dump gases, it was a clear night.
Views on UFOs, before and after sighting
I have just seen previews about area 51 on tv and thats about it.
