Black triangular shaped craft, very bright white lights, and a red blinking light.
Description of Area / Surroundings
Suburb, with lots of trees, houses, and highway. Scott AFB is the nearest military base to us, about 130 miles to our west. An airport exisists just across the Wabash River near Lawrenceville, Illinois, its the Lawrencevlle/Vincennes airport. Another airport exsists in Evansville (48 miles to the south) and in Terre Haute ( 50 miles to the north).

My father and I were heading north on highway 41, then we spotted a massive black triangular shaped object about two hundred feet above the highway in front of us. It was hovering, and I suspect it was making no sound, and no thrust, because in years before and since, I have been to airshows, and witnessed the vertical takeoff and landing of a AV8 Harrier, which has tremendous thrust and noise. With this craft though, we didnt experience and thrust or hear any noise. It had three bright white lights, one at each corner, and a red blinking light near the center, actually closer towards the rear, and on the rear of the craft, a large panel of white lights and three much brighter lights, one in the center of its rear, and one on the left and one on the right. On the sides of the craft, are what i suspect large windows, on the left and right sides, no I did not see any alien beings inside, but the inside was lit up bright white. We eventually got to our destination on Second street in Vincennes, and we stepped out of the car thinking the craft was gone, but it then flew over slowly and with a very faint buzzing sound. We watched it slowly head to the west and then suddenly zoom off into the horizon and disappear. It looks exactly like all the other recreations of the object that I have seen on the internet and on the History Channel.

be explained as any conventional man-made or natural
object?
Alien or a top secret government stealth blimp. Likely a stealth blimp, but I am not for sure.
Personal Background
I am a storm spotter for the Vincennes area, and i have an interest in both meteorology and astronomy.
Views on UFOs, before and after sighting
I did not really think about UFOs before the sightning, but since then, I have been very interested in them, I am trying to learn more about them, I have also seen 3 more black triangles since then.
