it was a long way away but it kind of looked like a star but not as bright. couldnt really make out a shape

it was rural down the range just past toowoomba. nothing really near there except a town farther down and toowoomba up the range

I was looking through my telescope with my girlfriend and we noticed something moving in the sky. at first i was thinking maybe a plane or satelite but it was moving at a very fast rate. We were watching it for maybe 20 seconds or so losing sight of it every now and then and then it suddenly disapeared. the speed at which the craft was moving was phenomenal ive never seen something that far away in the sky move that fast. still not certain about what it was whether extra terrestrial or not. still amazed me and i thought it would be worth reporting especially because i had never experienced anything like it.

be explained as any conventional man-made or natural
object?
maybe but im doubtful especially when considering the speed it was going

i know a fair bit. ive read a lot of books and watched a lot about them. my girlfriend is naive to the idea and she thinks it may have been a ufo
