The object was a sphere. It was made up of lines of neon lights and colors. It was about as bright as a cars lights.

Desert, dry area Dark, there was a border patrol post about 4 miles back.
Full Description & Details
The road was empty except for us. The area was rural and dry. Nothing happend to the car, but me and my freind got very stiff. Im not sure if any one else saw the object go by. The object was going about 70 miles an hour. Then once it passed it went in an arch upwards as into space. I looked back and it was gone.

No. No man made object flys 10 feet off the ground other than toy planes.
Views on UFOs, before and after sighting
Before I thought UFOs were just fake thing people make up to get attention. But now, ive made a group colled the belivers, a group based upon alien ufos sighters and witnesses.
