Summary:
Around 10 pm myself and 3 others saw 2 orange lights off the coast. The right light broke into 3 lights which made 4 all together. After a couple of seconds they went out one by one. For the next 30 minutes we saw up to 15 lights in different positions on the horizion. The moon never broke the horizion until 10:15 or so which makes me believe this had something to do with what we saw. I always believed but now I no for sure. Earlier in the day there were two F-16's flying along the coast fully loaded. After the lights were gone a small plane was flying along the coast, but not sure what type. I wish I had my camera.
