Lights were bright, but not glaring and seemed to dim in and out.

This occured on the rural edge of the neighborhood

As we were driving south into the town of Maricopa from Chandler to the east side of the road we saw lights in an orb like manner fade in and out twice. When we contiued to watch the area they were not seen again.

be explained as any conventional man-made or natural
