It was triangular, had three lights, each on a point of the craft. One was blue, one green, and one red. The lights were bright.

Maybe a mile from the movie theater. on the same road of a hydroelectric dam

I took a look at it and it had three lights one on each corner. One red, one blue, and one green. It was heading NNE at maybe an altitude of an airplane.
