a circle of muddy yellowish tone,no brightness whatsoever moving slowly to the east, so slow it moved, that it covered a space of 4 kms in about 1 to 3 minutes( before disappearing in front
of my eyes)

Full Description & Details
it was the 13th of december of 1997,i was in the 6th floor of a building at the corner of street
mercadillo and paez ( quito-ecuador).
about 3 blocks down is amazonas street,they were celebrating the festivities of december the 6th
i remember that there was some sort of reflector proyecting tossing circles onto a dirty cloudy
(light brown) sky. these circles might have meassured between 1/4 to 1/2 of degree across.
suddenly from behind that dirty cloud a circle of the same color as the others showed out,but
instead of dancing (tossing) like the others,and after having made a depression angle of aproximately 30 degrees,it started moving east in the direction of pichincha volcanoe and it
continued doing so until it reached the skirt of the mountain where it fainted disapeared.
i think that the distance from my position was around 1 km.
therefore its actual size may have been from 4.3 mts to 8.6 mts across.it looked to me like a circle
just like the ones being proyected on the dirty sky,neither windows nor lights ,it looked to me more like a coin with no aerodynamic shape.
