the object was small and kind of round it was orange it was not bright it had NO doors or windows it seemed like it was huvering it was completly silent no noise at all it was going in a wierd circle motion

it was a normal place little trees ther was no military base but THERE WAS a power plant about a mile away.

well at about 8:29 A.M me and my uncle were going to work on a normal busy street when i look out through the right window and me and my uncle see a round shaped object that was orange it was moving too fast to be an airplane or helicopter and it was moving in a wierd circle motion my uncle kept driving but at the same time was looking at the flying object. About a minute later it was not there the wierd thing is that it was kind of close to the street we were at, but it looked so small and it was so close and I couldn't hear a motor it was completly silent after it disapered I wanted to write a letter to the FBI but i didn't have any time.

NO, i saw the object clearly and that was NO man made object I have NEVER seen anything like that before!!!!
