From what I see in the picture it looks like the abject looks around with something hanging down from it and with four red lights around it.

It doesn't seem that far apart from the tower

On Monday June 25 2012 around 7:30 I was on a boat tour around Manhattan. My boyfriend cousin and his girlfriend and I were taking pictures of the sight and in one of the pictures this came up. But we never saw anything in person.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

My dad is always talking about UFOs but I never really paid attention to it till now that I saw it on my picture
