UFO Sighting Report

Summary:
I was out taking some pictures in my local area and before i was going to leave and go back home i took a picture of the building my scooter was beside and was a wee bit in a hurry and did not notice anything out of the ordinary until i got home and loaded the pictures onto my PC and then i noticed this strange object in the picture and can not figure out what it is ! ? - It is not a air plane and not a balloon and not a cloud and just do not know what it is ?? So i thought i would send the picture into this web site and see what answer i might get back !

Description of Area / SurroundingsWas near the Fraser River and at a old boat shop and Museum and a ship yard called Brittania Ship Yard very close to the Fraser River. - Lots of houses and well populated, except for the boat yard Museum. Full Description & Details
Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?In my opinion it is not a air plane or cloud or balloon and just can not think what it is and the only thing that comes to my mind is that it is a UFO !
