Appearance / Description of Object(s)

Circular- 2 larger lights and then smaller ones all around it. Maybe the size of 10 to 15 ft circle. The lights were bright, which sort of blinded me as to being able to see if there were any windows or openings. It was silver or white in color. Hard to tell because of the light brightness from where I was. Height was be about6 to 8 ft.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Urban. It was a neighborhood. Located near I think Ringold St. in Mckeesport. If I had to I could take you to the street. It was a side street that is perpendicular to the street Where the old high school was located. The high school was made into the middle school. This happened on a week day evening. There were no major lights anywhere.

This object came very low. Just above the power lines. Since I was up on the porch, I saw it fairly close. There were others that saw it as well. When it realized that people were watching, it quickly vanished. I ran inside to tell my voice teacher about the incident and then went out to my parents car. People that stopped their cars asked me if I saw something,I told them what I saw. I was very scared, trembling, and even vomited when I got home.

My mother called the police department and reported what I had told her. They said that they had had some other reports as well. Nothing was ever published about this event. It seemed to have been swept under the rug. I told my teacher about this the next day in school. She said that another student told her they saw something odd last night also. I had not spoken to this other student as of yet. She put us each in a different room and asked us to draw a picture of what we saw. When she took the pictures from us, the pictures were almost identical.This event has remained very fresh in my mind all of these years. It almost was like it heard the sound from the music lessons and honed in on that house. I hesitate telling this story to people since they say, yea right. I know that the other person from school is now deceased, however I would love to hear from someone else that may have experienced that event along with me.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not natural. It was too close and I saw it close. Man-made, if the government has made some type of ufo for spy purposes etc. then yes.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

Did not know much at all if anything. I do believe that I saw something odd and out of the ordinary that night. I do not read much about UFO sightings. That event at an early age for me really left an impression on me. I currently am a science teacher. I do believe that it is possible somewhere there may be another life form. May not even be from our galaxy. . I also believe that our government is always working on top secret ideas and this may have been something they were experimenting with,especially since I feel that sound may have played a part in this.
