orange round object hovering and then gradually moving west, the object continually went bright then dim in light and then changed color from orange to a white while still flashing..

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude10-15kms away, possibly 2000 metres high Description of Area / Surroundingsurban area, residential/commercial...not sure of any special sites Full Description & DetailsI noticed a orangish light hovering in the sky above Surrey BC, I live across the river in New West BC...I grabbed my camera and began to film because the light was not moving it was just hovering, shortly thereafter it began to move west and continued to flash from orange to white..then it went behind a building and I couldn't see it again..
Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?No Witness Backgroundcurrently unemployed, previously worked in an office..
