Full Description & Details

At eleven o-clock, two friends of mine, and myself, began a late-night stroll on public property being used for the Boy Scout District Camporee Apple-Harvest in 2011. The field which we walked in was just near the campground which was packed with sleeping people. About a mile away from the camp, we caught a glimpse of an orange star in the west. We assumed it was Betelgeuse, and were discussing its distance from the earth, when the star split into two objects. The two objects changed from orange, to red, to yellow, before changing to blue. Then, they came closer, and our view changed, revealing that there were three lights on each one. They flew without a sound, crossing the horizon in about fifteen seconds. As we stood there in awe, they criss-crossed each other numerous times before disappearing off into the distance.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It was cloudless, and airplanes don't have those flight colors, satellites don't move that quickly and neither do balloons.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I'd believed in UFOs for a while, but never really took it seriously,

Other Comments

It was freaky. Really freaky.
