UFO Sighting Report

Summary:
Please watch the full video, the most bizarre part was near the end of video. I literally had to pull my eyes away from the video camera eyepiece to see if what I was seeing was actually happening. It was. This was filmed as I lay watching stars on my saliboat at anchor in Catalina Island, CA. The sound you hear is my wind generator on the back of the sailboat. I had seen odd things for an hour or so and when I saw what looked like a falling star fall and then stop and go stationary, I knew something was happening. I went and grabbed my camera, trying not to wake my sleeping partner, who doesn't want to believe in these things. I then filmed these lights/craft/ufo's? But at the end they do something very odd, I don't even know how to describe it. It is like they go hyperspeed and go one direction, stop and then the other (vertical , horizontal like) then disappear. Appearance / Description of Object(s)white, then red, drops or drips something below them, at the end is the most bizarre they streak and stretch and go one firection, stop then go the other. Like a rainbow all colors, so crazy please watch and you will know, hard to describe unless you see it. Size of Object(s)Not sure, about dime size I guess, not huge. Distance to Object(s) & Altitude6,000 ft altitude or more possibly. Description of Area / SurroundingsCatalina Island, may be a military base around, not sure. Full Description & DetailsThe lights look like they drip or drop or something is hanging from bottom, change from white to red.

Views on UFOs, before and after sightingI have seen a few. I witnessed also the Phoenix lights and have learned now it is quite famous. I was driving into Phoenix from Utah around 9:30 or so in 1997.
