Time around 6:00 pm on memorial day 2012. Star shining light at bottom of moon. Moon was about 12 Oclock high in sky. Moon was not full but half. It was still light out with about two hour's of day light left in the evening. Star like light bagain to move to upper right side of moon. Light stayed just to the right of moon for about 40 minutes shining. Within that time. I ran got my binoculars a pair 10/50, s Bushnells

Shaw silver disk shaped object. It did not spin or zig zag it just hung there in the sky made no sound at all. Then all of sudden it blinked out! Gone!!! Three other's witness star like light and disk shaped object by moon with me.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
