We lived on a small hobby farm at the time, and I was outside, going to the road to get our newspaper, when I say something blinking a blue and white light. I just thought it was a plane going overhead, but it was going way too slow. I was able to go inside, check that I had film in my camera, and come back out, and it hadn't moved very far at all. I took a picture of it, but didn't finish the film for sometime afterwards, and forgot all about it when I got the prints back. Just the other day, I was sorting through a box of my old print pictures, and came across this one. I noticed the dot in the sky, and since I now have a gizmo for my computer that plugs into USB and magnifies things up to 47 times, I decided to enlarge the dot. It turned out to be some kind of craft. I'm enclosing the magnification of the dot, but still have the original picture and negative if you're interested in seeing it. To me, it looks like a space shuttle, but if that's true, how come it was traveling so slow?

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I'm just your average retired worker. I now live in Morden, Manitoba, about 20 miles from the sighting.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I've watched so t.v. shows about them, but don't believe or disbelieve any evidence. There sure seems to be a lot of specuation, though.

Just to let you know, I'm not a weirdo or sensationalist. I'm just telling you about it because it only recently came to my attention, and I had watched a program that Leslie Kean was on, and thought she might be interested in it. If you'd like more pictures, I'll scan the original for you.
