"It's kind of like a Frisbee, two Frisbees on top of another, like an orange in the middle," he said. "And they were turning at an incredible rate. It was just like you could see the windows turning one way and the ship, the bottom part, turning the other way. And whatever way on top it was like glowing. Witnesses saw "a large oval shaped object that was domed at the top and slightly rounded on the bottom. It was supported by legs and from a central door- way, or hatch, about a dozen figures could be seen going up and down a ladder-like stairway. The Occupants appeared to be slightly shorter than the average man, and were all dressed in what appeared to be silver colored suits or uniforms. I WITNESSED A Dark Triangle, with 3 soft RED lights at each of its points, which, (for whatever reason) would suddenly pulse brightly. It came up from behind the top of the apartment building across the alley and traveled over the course of the sighting left to right. This TRIANGLE was moving through the sky point up. There was no noise as I watched this Dark Triangle move slowly from the EAST to the WEST. If I had to describe its movements, I would say it was meandered, slowly with no seeming purpose. Russia UFO crash and recovery, 1968

The details of a Russian UFO crash on or about 1969 are sketchy and somewhat suspect. This case comes from the so-called "Secret KGB Files," which were reportedly smuggled out of the former Soviet Union. Reportedly, $10,000 was paid for the information. The details of these secret files were first offered to the general public on 9-13-98 as part of a TNT special titled "The Secret UFO Files of the KGB." The show featured extraordinary film and still photographs of the UFO recovery, and also a portion of autopsy film on part of an alien body. View full report

25 witnesses observed a black oval shaped object

And in a clear sky overhead and to the south was a black object in the oval shape of a rugby ball! It was not moving and stayed exactly where it was as we approached. It seemed to be about 2000 feet above the ground near our Central Park and about the size of a 747. Many people pulled off the highway to look at it, including 2 policemen. From the witness: "Off in the distance I spotted what I took to be an airplane flying towards us, off to the left, about 75 or 100 feet above the telephone lines. As it got closer I saw that it wasn't a plane at all, but a disk shaped craft. It was copper in colour and had a ridged section coming down below the main body. There was a soft red glow coming from all around this section. I would estimate the diameter to have been no more than 100 feet." View full report

"Directly over the restaurant's parking lot, at an altitude I estimate at no more than one hundred feet, was a UFO. The object was circular, with a flat bottom and an opaque dome on the top. I estimate the diameter of the object at 35 to 50 feet. It held absolutely still and made absolutely no noise. On top of the dome was a single, steady white light. Around the rim were solid white lights in the shape of rectangles with rounded corners, separated from each other by unlit space. From the witness: "We own some fairly high power binoculars so I quickly retrieved them and attempted to fix my gaze on the object in question... I could see the object clearly. It was a perfectly round dark colored disk (flat, no bulges) and it was in constant motion doing gentle and slow “figure eights” tilting and banking and turning slowly. There were no markings on the exterior, no exhaust ports, no lines or markings of any type... the object appeared to be about 30 to 50 feet wide... Then almost a 90 degree turn at what seemed to be straight up, then another sharp degree of turn up and away at an angle, then another turn at a downward angle, and yet another at a down and backwards angle." Silver saucer/disk shaped object hovering in the sky completely motionless at about 6000 feet. "It appeared about ½" in size [relative/angular] as I watched through the windshield. The object was saucer-disk shaped and very silver, the sky was clear and its definition crisp, no movement at all; it appeared as if someone held up a silver plate in the sky... it was close enough to plainly see it was not any recognizable aircraft or a balloon, it was a silver saucer. Dark-black triangle-shaped object with bright lights over Bowdoinham, ME

The object that I saw was on the opposite side of the highway, hovering perfectly still about 10-20ft above the tree line, which would make it about 50-60 feet in the air. The object itself was an equilateral triangle approximately 15-20ft on the side. At each point, on the underside, was an almost painfully bright bluewhite light. Belgium Triangle UFO Sightings

From October 1989 throughout 1990, hundreds of reports of lighted objects, frequently described as enormous and triangular in shape were recorded in Belgium. Air Force supersonic F-16 jets chased these strange objects, which were simultaneously tracked by both airborne and ground radars. The Belgian Government cooperated fully with civilian UFO investigators, an action without precedent in the history of government involvement in this field. View full report

Large triangular-shaped object with lights observed in Paris, France

On September 7, 1997 at 01 hours 43, a witness observes from his balcony a triangular form with two blue lights and a green one which moves slowly on a rectilinear trajectory. The observation lasts 12 seconds. No noise was perceived but the witness felt vibrations in the body, and when he wanted to take a photograph, its apparatus was blocked. The dimension of the object was estimated by the witness at approximately 700 meters. The investigation did not make it possible to give an explanation to this phenomenon. View full report

On February 2, 2002 around 7 p.m. 40, a family in the car observes a mass illuminated in the shape of saucer. This mass is of gray color with white luminous lights on its periphery. The phenomenon is stationary above the trees with a diameter estimated by the witnesses at about fifteen meters. No noise is perceived during the observation which was stopped because of the profile of the road. No explanation could be brought to this phenomenon. View full report

On September 16, 1996 in the 5 hour old neighbourhoods, the witness in his car observes an ovoid [oval-shaped] machine [object] with three port-holes emitting a strong orange light. The object is stationary at an altitude of 30 to 40 meters and between 300 and 400 meters from the road. The somewhat frightened witness continues on the road and subsequently observes two identical objects higher in the sky. The objects observed were dark and their size estimated at ten meters length. On the cylinder, a fluorescent green light turned like a gyrophare [?]. The object, silent, was suspended 4 meters off the ground and approximately ten meters from the road. The car leaves the city quickly but a little further finds the phenomenon in front of the vehicle: a triangle with the same type of light on the circumference came to be added to the circle. The triangle is equilateral 10 side meters approximately and altitude from 10 to 15 meters. The phenomenon accompanied the vehicle which ran to approximately 80 km/h while adapting at the speed and that on several km. During a change of direction the object accelerated and moved away.
