Fourteen young hikers encounter saucer-shaped object

Fourteen young hikers of Camp Delaware, including a 24-year-old counselor, said they encountered a whining, saucer-shaped object during an afternoon hike on the 1,460-foot Blueberry Hill. The object was noticed following a high pitched screech, then hovered silently at tree-top level on an angle above the witnesses' heads. View full report

Boys on camping trip report sighting UFO
July, 26, 1976 - Patesville, Kentucky, United States
Five boys were camping in a forest valley, when at around 11 p.m. one of the boys glimpsed a bright, glowing bell-shaped object traveling at fantastic speed in an east-to-west direction. The object was a glowing, golden color, and maintained an altitude of 450-500 feet'. The boys described it as emitting "sparkles" from the rear as it traversed the sky. View full report

UFO lands and humanoid taps young schoolboy on shoulder
February, 23, 1975 - Kofu City, Japan
Young Japanese schoolchildren watched a UFO touched down on February 23, 1975. The landing took place near Kofu City, Yamanshi Prefecture, Japan. An occupant allegedly emerged and touched one child on the shoulder, temporarily paralyzing him. The occupant then walked around the craft and reboarded. The boys, in hysterics, ran home to their parents, who observed a large, orange-red light hovering over the vineyard. View full report

A 48-year-old San Antonio sheet metal worker claims he had a close encounter of the third kind with two occupants of a UFO. Man finds gold 'nugget' after seeing bright light

Tom McCully of Merced said he had gone camping alone and was up before dawn fishing when he first noticed a bright pulsating light reflecting off the water. Then he said there was a sudden brilliant flash and something like hailstones pelted the area around him. Frightened, he bent down, he said, to pick up his fishing pole, which had dropped, and noticed what appeared to be a gold nugget. View full report

Sheriff reveals 1966 UFO encounter and death of dog

"I happened to look up and there was that UFO right above the cornfield, it was just hovering right up above the power lines" about 200 feet in the air, Mathews said. "Inaba was the captain of the Convair-240, with 28 passengers aboard, which encountered the oblong and luminescent object over the Ieshima Islands in the Seto Inland Sea at 7.06 p.m. on Thursday. Fearing a collision, Inaba turned the plane 60 degrees to the right, but the flying saucer made an abrupt turn and flew along with the plane for about three minutes." View full report
