Whilst my brother and I were walking in the hills around Folkestone Kent we sighted two sphere shaped objects travelling at high speed at considerable altitute. The objects must have been large to have been so visible at great distance. Our sighting was more or less confirmed the following day when local newspapers cited many UFO sightings over the English Channel. Folkestone is only 22 miles from the French coastline and is the location for cross channel swimming.

be explained as any conventional man-made or natural
object?
No - If there had only been one object I would have considered a meteorology weather baloon
