Background Information / Description:

According to the witness:

"I saw this bright object in the sky on Feb. 10 2004. It was very cloudy that night and the object lit up the sky surrounding it. It sat still for about 5 minutes then suddenly disappeared. I am very skeptical about UFOs, but this object kind of changed my perspective about them."
