I was washing dishes cleaning up after supper and I went to in to the living room to get something I Iooked out at the back door at the setting sun when I saw this saucer shaped object bathed in golden light and it glided gently sideways but basically stayed in one spot for about 2 hours before it picked up incredible speed and then vanished right before my eyes.

also in 1988 the same day , same time same place the exact same thing happened.

not a natural more like extra terrestrial origin

Ok so I am driving home approaching traffic lights on country road.It's about 2am. A small circular bright light appeared in the night sky. At just above tree height. I would approximize the height as two street light poles high. The circumferance of the light was smaller than the size of the actual traffic light. I would say again approximately half the size. I saw both in comparison to each other. This bright torch light appeared for about a second then travelled forward away from me at great speed disappearing after 2-3 seconds. I can't explain it. It was like the tail light to a craft that sped off from a still position but there was no craft attached to the light. No chance it was a reflection or some windshield trickery. I laughed because it stumped me. Always been highly skeptical, this is my first experience of anything like this.

I would have to say it appered man made. In other words intelligent design. it was too low in the sky to be anything I know off

skeptic on UFO's before and now I have an unexplained experience. I like scientific explanations and truth before I believe in anything. And I can only claim to seeing a low level light appear and then speed off. Is there an unidentified flying light category?

This craft was cigar shaped and - probably-black. There was very little time to see it, as it was only visible when lightning flashed.

If my arms were streched out, my fingers would probably be one inch apart. The craft (this is a guess) was probably 400 feet in length.

This was during, I believe, late March 2006. It was just before 9:00 PM. A severe thunderstorm was coming through Union County. Funnel clouds had been spotted, and I was preparing to go to my basement, when a flash of lightning illuminated a cigar shaped craft. Three seconds later, it was just to the north of Signal Point, a mountain. Let me give you some location details: Signal Point and House Mountain provide a wide pass where my house stands, near the foot of Signal Point. The third and final sighting showed the craft as somewhere just west of the Blaine Tower, which is a large television broadcast tower no longer in use. I then went to my basement. NOTE: this was a 180 degree turn in little more than six seconds. The craft would have flown at least 10 miles.

It was similar in shape to a blimp, but no blimp was in the area that night, and the pilot would have been crazy to fly through a tornadic supercell.

4 flat object, the look like a pencil or worms 2 of them were withe and the other 2 orange; 3 of them always were stiff, and the othe sometimes was stiff and sometimes like an arc. 30 Sphere all of them were white and they brightness, they look as a circule, and alwways they fly in three.

It happen inside Mexico City, and there are not military bases or airports overthere, no power plants, indeed there is neighboorhood area.

At the begining we just saw 2 flat ufos (one white and the other orange) in the sky above of the airplanes and the clouds, then just one sphere (white and bright) was closer to the flat ufos, then we saw so many spheres they were flying in trios sometime they create a perfect triangule others a line, but always they move in three.

Then we realised that so many ufos (spheres) came up from a mointain named EL OLIVAR, just to give an idea is in the way of DESIERTO DE LOS LEONES.

In our opinion they can not be ballons, because we saw airplanes and helicopters to compare them and of coure the move it diferently.

As you might know Mexican air forces do not have that kind of technologie, then we really belive that we saw many ufos.

Finally we arrived at home and tried to heard the news and neither the TV nor the readio mentioned anything related with that amaizing event.

It was the big city in the mountains. The day before this event in the neibough country of Kazakhstan, in some base they started a sattlite.

I was walking home at around 8p.m. It was already dark when I felt there was something brightly light in the sky. I was lazy to raise my head up and convinced myself that it was just a moon. Five minutes later I turned left and where I saw the moon in the sky. Right there I realized that the thing I felt a few minutes ago couldn't be the moon, so I turned my head up and saw a round object in the sky. It was the size of the moon but the light was so much brighter that of that light would be enough to provide with light the whole country. I couldn't tell how big the object was and how far from earth it was. But people from another town (which is about 2 hours of drive) could observe the object too. This object was of a round shape and had not diffused light, its light had borders and limitsof a triangle. I stopped and waited for what would happen. A minute later the object smoothly moved aside with no noise and stopped and then with an unbelivable speed went up and dissapeared in the universe. But the light staied on the same spot. The light of the object got frozen in the sky, like someone painted the sky with it. And the colore of that light I have never seen in nature. It was somewhat white.

I read a little bit about UFO's and I was not sure whether to belive or not. You can see an object far away in the skies and still you can't tell for sure that it was a plane or something esle. In my case I saw it so big and close that I am 200% sure it was an UFO!

After doing some shopping, my girlfriend and I were walking home. It was a semi-cloudy night, yet there were many stars were visible. As we walked my girlfriend exclaimed to look up, and as I did I saw a large triangle shape in the sky with around 3 lights on the edges of the triangle, for its size it seemed to fly extremely fast. I could not tell the height but it seemed to fly very low. We watched it for around 10 seconds, as it sped towards the north, and eventually disappeared.

I am not sure, I have seen a stealth fighter in flight, and it did noot match the profile I saw. It did not look like any plane I have seen.

I order Phil Imbrogno's book, Night Siege.

I wondered if Phil remembers me. I too saw the boomerang-shaped object on Interstate 84 near the Taconic Parkway in the 80’s. I saw Phil’s name in the newspaper back then (a few days after I saw this) and I contacted him. It was sometime in the mid-80’s and around June or July. He invited me to a meeting with other witnesses, I think, at Brewster (NY) High School but I was leaving for vacation that day and couldn’t make it so I mailed him my notes and drawing.

I was coming home (to CT) after visiting relatives in Beacon NY. (I can’t recall the exact year now.) I was on I84 eastbound between Exit 15 (Lime Kiln Rd) and the Taconic Parkway when I caught site of this huge object coming near me from the North. I watched for about 60 seconds and then pulled off the road (about .33 mile before the Taconic). I climbed up a hill to watch this thing fly directly over my head. It was huge and the underside looked a bit like the Close Encounters movies’ craft.

I too felt I could have thrown a rock and almost hit it but I knew it was out of reach. It seemed to stop or slow down as if it had seen me and was watching to see what I might do. (I thought to myself that if I had had a camera and taken a picture that this object might have swooped down and picked me up.) So, I stood there for about 5 minutes and watched it…it was like it was “saying”: “Yes, that’s right, we’re letting you see this, just don’t do anything to make us mad”. It had very little noise…a low hum and it was moving very slowly.

It then continued to travel south just to the west of the Taconic. Then, when it might have been over Philipstown, I saw the far light on the left of the triangle break away and start flying all over the sky, very wildly, for about 1 minute…then, all of a sudden, it streaked (in an instant) in a perfectly straight line back into the same spot it had been.

I then went to get back in my car and I noticed a few other cars (heading West bound on 84) had pulled over to the side. I think I was the only person who had gotten out of his/her car.

As I got to the intersection of 84 East and 684, I looked in my rear-view mirror and saw this huge white thing coming toward me. It was very big and higher in the sky. It was all silver and brilliant white and didn’t have the boomerang shape (it’s hard to describe the shape….maybe like a child’s spinning top…and all “sparkly”). When I saw this I was a bit scared because I thought that maybe, because it had allowed me to see it up close, it was coming back for me (for some reason). I picked up the pace and drove home.

When I got home I told my wife and then wrote down all I had seen…I also drew the shape of the boomerang with red, white and green lights. I then called my father who was working at Stewart Air Force Base and told him what I had seen and to let me know if anyone at Stewart said anything about it. He later said no one said anything but he had seen an article in the paper.

In closing, I never saw it again…and over the past 20 years, I’ve traveled the same route hundreds of times…most times at night. Did Phil include my info in the book?
