Small circular disc, with at least 2 stories of height. Seen hovering about 200 feet above trees. After about3 or 4 minutes, it started to move in one direction, but as it did, airplane lights were coming from the initial UFO's direction. Its changed course very quickly and disappeared.

My son is a boom operator on a KC-135 . An extremely bright object fixed itself onto the nose of the aircraft . Dispite manuvering , the sphere remained "glued" to the KC's nose . The event was witnessed by a commersial flight about 5K's out and about 6000 ft up . I regret not having "pressed" my son for more data (will later) , but I have been trying to supress (conscious ego defense mechanism) my own unbelievable "encounters" . At this time , I do not know if the event was run through channels . but when next I see my son , I will , somewhat painfully , acquire more details . I do gather that this type of thing is not uncommon , and is usually kept quiet .

The object was round, a perfect circle of bright light. The colour was similar to a cars headlights, a very bright white yet it was not the colour of a white piece of paper. The object reminded me of a light seen on a lighthouse.

It seemed large, the relative size seemed about five cm. It looked larger than an aeroplane but much smaller than the moon. The height was definitely the same as the width - 30m, maybe it was considerably larger than this, 100m perhaps. While it was present I found it nearly impossible to estimate the size in figures. Even as I sit and write I am finding it hard to put an exact figure on its size.

A rural area on the old A17 near Jubilee Bank in Clenchwarton. There is a sewage works a few miles away. A power station is a few miles away in Saddlebow. RAF Holbeach and RAF Marham are nearby military sites. There is also a Tail Sluice at Saddlebow.

I was returning from my swim session in King's Lynn. I cycled along my usual route home and as I approached Clenchwarton I heard a voice calling to me. "look over here", "look up here" is what I think he said but I cannot remember the exact words but someone definitely told me to look. There was not a pedestrian or cyclist in sight, only cars.

The voice was inside my head not audible. I am certain I did not imagine it. Immediately I looked to my right as I cycled and saw a object in the sky. My first impression was a headlamp had been placed in the sky. The sky was clear near the object. I quickly realized it was a UFO so I decided to stop and take a photograph. It was not safe to stop so I cycled a few more metres, keeping one eye on the road and the other on the object, I stopped at the roadside and placed the cycle on the grass and removed my gloves. The bright object remained motionless. It seemed low in the sky but I have seen fast jets fly past much lower.

I stood at the roadside looking at the UFO, I wanted to take a photograph but I stood there looking at it. Maybe I was in awe at the sight but I wondered if something was controlling me, preventing me from reaching for my camera. After a few minutes I attempt to remove my camera from my pocket. It was difficult to do this without looking so I took my eyes off the object, got my camera out, looked up to find the object had left without making a sound. I saw purple blotches in front of my eyes which I think were a result of the light emitting from the UFO.

I took two photographs as I wanted to comfirm the purple blotches were not real. As expected the purple blotches did not appear on the image. Secondly the photograph provodes information about the sky, level of light, date and time. I looked into the sky for a few minutes hoping it would return. It did not so I put my camera away, donned my gloves and continued my journey home.

No. Planets do not vanish into thin air or fly away while one is removing a camera from a coat pocket. It was not the moon. It definitely was not an animal, aeroplane or a cloud. I cannot believe it was a man made object as it was so bright and large. It was far too low in the sky to be a satellite.

This was my second sighting. I believe there are aliens out there. I had seen a few web pages and read a book called Abducted by Ann Andrews and Jean Ritchie. I am reading The World's Greatest UFO & Alien Encounters at the moment.

Ok let me first say the government knows what it is duhhhh you think that the military would let some unknown unidentified aircraft in phoenix just fly around without having anti aircraft swarming all around the city of phoenix trying to bring it down knowing that we are already in a god damn war. AND LET ME JUST SAY DONT YOU THINK THEY WOULD PUT ON THE SIRENS ALERTING EVERYONE TO STAY INDOORS. Ok now ill tell you what i am 70 percent sure about what it is ok go to www.google.com and type in stealth bomber there are 2 types one of i am pretty sure what we saw 2006 was the wider one it is a STEALTH bomber so that is why i think nobody could see anything besides the lights and see they are black and was there any light out during that time hmmmmm oh ya no it was at night and people MAKE SURE THE YOU KNOW IM TALKING ABOUT THE 2006 LIGHT OVER PHOENIX NOT 1997. And another thing dont you think on google we would see news reports more than once about this and if you go on google it wont give you crap about the 2006 phoenix light only the 1997 light over phoenix because the US is coving it up they just want everone to forget about it. And again they would at least alert people to stay indoors for when it was there if the US didnt know what it was and if it wasnt a stealth bomber then its something els the US is messin around with so dont give me any alien crap ok.

I woke up between 2:15AM AND 2:30AM, I cannot remember exact time, my bedroom facing McGregor Bay on Rice Lake, the Sun comes up in my South East Window. I looked out to the Right in the Sky through my Western Window, over Hiawatha First Nations area, and there it was, a large yellow flaming thing with a shape between a circle and an oblong, with somekind of base division between the bright flame - it was moving fast. I would say it was about 2 miles West of me and about 3 miles high in the sky - then I jumped out of bed to see where it went...it was heading to the direction of Eastern Peterborough, following the Keene Road north. But it was gone. Maybe they knew I saw them. This isn't the first time I've seen a UFO, in 1986 in Saas Grund Switzerland, there was 13 of us who witnessed a UFO, and thousands of others that same night in different Swiss village locations. This UFO I saw this early morning, was slightly different, but mostly the flaming yellow was the same. Maybe I see colors a certain way as I do need to where distant glasses when I drive to define linear images. So maybe I see the various lights in one melted light as opposed to the specifically defined individual or multi-colored lights that others have described about UFO's in this area. Anyway, I did get up and go to the web to investigate the UFO activity in this area, hence I found your site, and also, it confirmed my knowledge that there was UFO activity here...prior to this early morning sighting, I had no idea of UFO's in this area - I just arrived here from Virginia Beach last Sunday to take a teaching position for the rest of the year.

Dia 29 de março de 2005, no final da tarde entre 18:00h e 18:15h havia uma formação de nuvens muito interessante. Resolvi pegar a minha filmadora (JVC - digital video camera - GR-D7OU) e comecei a filma de longe. Dei um zoom, e enquanto filmava passou pela tela, muito rapidamente alguma coisa. Continuei filmando. Depois que filmei, voltei a fita e passei quadro a quadro para ver o que havia passado pela frente. Pude observar a imagem em anexo. Algo comprido, escuro, subido muito rápido. No filme a sequencia das photos passa em 03 centesimos de segundo. Muito rápido para ser avião ou ave.

The UFO was a shiny disk that was zigzagging up and down while moving forward with the plane. I quickly shot it with my camera when it stopped, as if it don't want to "play" anymore. good thing I was quick enough to capture it before it left and hid itself in a cloud.

The real story here is: as I was browsing your website for images of UFOs and saw one of the photos proven as a hoax, I thought of fooling some people also. So I looked for a picture of the sky in the internet and created a ufo and pasted it on the photo in MS Paint.

it looked like a can with rims on top and at bottom. I found the size enormous, maybe 5x a jumbo jet. what I would like to know is, what the real size of this secret government vehicle was.

It did not make any sound, and because of it speed I think not many people saw it.I just had come home from work, and was opening the window of my room to let some fresh air in. It was sunny and warm and there were large clouds in the air.

it was to fast for an airplane, too close for a satellite. bigger than a blimp and faster. forget weather ballons, to early for stars and planets. the moon doesn't move this quick. birds are not round with exhausts. it move under the clouds, or very near. it almost could have been the sun when it is just going down.

since I saw it, I heard about it and about abductions wich I doubt.It is strange that since 1947 or maybe even earlier, than we have not yet fully come to say what they realy are. we probably never find out. Look, even the prophet ezekiel in the bible sees one, and he calls it the Spirit of God of Israel. it gives you a hint, that this vehicle was of a spirit consistancy. Hook Hampshire UK UFO sighting

On an evening in the summer of 1990 I was riding home to my house from a friends house, where I had been watching movies for the evening, it was about 11PM and I only had about a 4 or 5 minute journey home, the surrounding area was mostly housing estates, not the usual surroundings for a UFO encounter.

Half way through my journey, I came to a T junction, no cars where on the road at the time, when I all of a sudden felt rather strange, like when you think someone is watching you. I looked up to see a large disk shaped object hovering over me, around 60 to 70 foot in the air, it was around 50 foot in diameter, it was silent except for a very low sounding hum, a little like a power station hum. The craft was circular with a ball in the centre, that seemed to be glowing orange like the cherry of a cigarette, the circular space outside of the glowing ball was like a black metal, kind of a dark purple silver. There was also a smell that reminded me of electronics class at school, it was of a sulphur type of smell, like when you are using a soldering iron.

I am not sure exactly the amount of time I stood there for until I turned to see a man had come out of his home, maybe about 20 seconds since first seeing it, he was standing on his doorstep looking much the same as I was, staring up at the craft in amazement, although the craft was directly over my head, I did not feel scared at the time, I was to confused as to what I was looking at to feel anything. After what must have been about 30 more seconds to a minute, it slowly and silently ascended upwards around another 100 or so foot, then moved forwards towards the north of me for about 50 yards, hovered for a few seconds, and then shot of to my right, which was the direction of RAF Odiham around 8 miles away, the craft moved so fast that it looked like it just vanished in thin air, but you could just make out that it moved off in a certain direction, the only sound it made was a slight whooshing sound, as if it had disturbed the air as it sped through the atmosphere.

I looked back at the man on his doorstep, and he was looking at me in a confused manner, I then started to feel a little worried in case it came back, and continued on my journey home, I got home in a very excited state at what I had seen, my parents I think thought I had gone loopy, I calmed down somewhat and went to bed as I had school the following day, that night I started to feel very unnerved, as I was starting to think could it ever come back?.

The following day I got up tired, because of lack of sleep, and went to catch my school bus, which was only a few yards from where I saw the craft, while waiting I went and knocked on the mans door who had also seen it, because I was desperate to find out what he had thought it was, his wife (I think) answered the door, I asked if her husband was in and she asked why, and I said because I wanted to know what he thought about that strange thing last night, and she became agitated and told me not to speak such silly nonsense, then as she was closing the door I saw the man with shaving foam all over his face, but the women closed the door, so I never got to find out what he thought about the experience.

I often wonder if anyone else had seen it from there window, maybe not though, as it was very silent (If anyone did please Email me, I would love to hear from you, it happened by the Hook bypass greenhaze@hamptonroads.com).

I am not sure what it was, maybe a secret military craft, or maybe an alien craft, but I really don’t believe that with our modern technology, that we could build something so perfect as what I saw that night. I did not imagine it either, as the man definitely saw it too, and the day after the women at the house acted as if her husband (or boy friend) had told her about it based on her reaction.
