Us 2 varsity students were travelling from Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) back to Rhodes University, Grahamstown, Cape Province, South Africa. Hitch hiking across Africa, tired, hungry and anxious to get back varsity. Had a lift with a dodgy charactar (who was on the front page of "Die Beeld" newspaper, Afrikaans, for murdering his wife and getting out of jail on parole, and who could not speak any English), driver mis-understood us, and thought we were going to Trompsburg, dumped us of side of highway, thinking he did us a favour, but we were several hundred kilometers off course, and lost at sunset. At about 7pm we were trying to camp on side of highway, but got rained on, so hiked to underpass for shelter. An hour later we started hiking again as rain stopped. We saw the lights of Trompsburg about 5 kms to west. There were small hills. A huge string of lights appeared, possibly 2 or 3 kms long. We assumed it was a train. But it was too big. Much too long, and trains only had white lights, these were coloured. They moved - without any noise at all, from left to right, right to left, up and down and every which way. We were stunned. Something happened which I can't explain - we could not do anything except watch. We wanted to turn and run, but we couldn't. We were seriously scared, but could not even blink - something had us glued to the sky. After some time, maybe 2 or 2 minutes, or 20, I don't know, the lights stopped moving to and fro, and they suddenly shot off away from us in the opposite direction, probably faster than a Saturn V rocket. The next day the local newspapers reported numerous "UFO Sightings" in the East Cape Province. I think we crapped in our pants. A true story.

I was driven at 3:00 PM PDT on saturday 11 of june on 2005, on the 103th St, from west to east in Los Angeles Ca, USA. Suddenly on my left side, I saw a kind of flying man, a robot or something like that. My first though was "it's a remote control toy", I didn't stopped, 'cause I just couldn't. It was flying obove the trees, I didn't see any kind of flying helper or something that make it fly.

I didn't see much detail, was a short and fast view, but it's head, kind of arms and legs, were different from humans.

All my life i've been esceptic about this matter. What I saw is real. I don't know if that thing is from earth or from the auther space, I just know that I saw it.

Triangular ufo hovers about three hundered feet above the trees without making a noise. this took place at six am in the morning as i was starting my bus rout . It was dark that morning when i notice a triangular shadow in the sky. I was amaze at the size of the object . It was about three football fields and that the oject was still and not making a sound. I stoped the bus on the street where i was about to loop to start my rout when i saw the ufo. I decieded to park the bus in the loop so that would take a better look. As i proceeded to move the bus i notice the object started moving very slowly without making a noise. When i park the bus in the loop and jump out to take a better look the ufo was nowhere in sight. As i started my rout and pick up my first passenger i ask him if he had seen anything strange in the sky he said he did not and i did not talked about it any more. it was an experiance i will never forget.

Before going overseas to be a missionary, we were doing some training in Richmond, VA. One day my family and I went to DC for some sightseeing. Before leaving DC to head back to Richmond, we wanted a photo of the Capital Building. My wife got out of our vehicle and walked up to the Capital Building to take a photo. It was about 9:00 PM. There were some security guards around and they gave my wife permission to take a photo. We got back to where we were staying outside of Richmond and we downloaded the photos on my laptop to show our friends. As we were viewing the photos, we noticed this round, saucer like object right above the Capital Building. As we zoomed in there was no mistake about it, it was a UFO. It was too high to be anything else. the photo is unbelievable!

Appeared to be constant speed and heightfor approximately five minutes and appeared to disappear upwards until the light was no longer visible. After about 20 minutes another one would appear from the same direction. Then about 10.45pm two were in the sky at the same time one following the other about 1 minute apart, there was no sound at all. Sometimes the orange lights looked like an orb shape. We have a velux window in the loft and were able to see them quite vividly. We were unable to get anything on our video camera as it was too dark. Our next door neighbours saw these as well.

I was gazing the night sky, which was pretty clear that night.I had a simple binocular with me.when i really focused into the sky through the binoculars, there was another layer of stars which i could see, which is otherwise not visible with the naked eye.

I saw a triangular shaped object, it was moving( if it had been steady, it would have camouflaughed into the stars in the background). all i could see was a triangular pattern of lights movingabove my house( it was very high, i dnt know how high, but the height where a boeing 747 would seem only half a centimeter long, this object was an inch long).

It was moving slow and steady( from where i saw it, at about 1/2 centimeter per second).I traced it for as long as i could, but i lost it outta my sight.It was just an awesome expirience.I'd like to tell u about another sighting.....in a different report.Will send you a rough sketch of what i saw.

The sad part about this sighting is that it happened a few years back( 3-4 years) and since i had no idea what to make of it and who to tell it to ( obviously who would wanna believe it), i kept it to myself.Thus i cannot recollect the date when i saw it.

Thanks to Discovery channel, which i was watching 20 minutes ago, was airing a programme on ufo's, and showed another triangular object ( like us military's flying-wing) in arizona, then they showed Mr.Peter of ufo evidence organization.I thought i should let you know.

My view on UFO's is that they definitely exist, reason being the exsistance of millions of galaxy's n zillions of stars, the probability of at least one such planet or moon existing intelligent life is huge.But one things there, If all these ufo sightings ARE true, which means the ET's have the technology to travel such great distances,they would have deadly weapons, all we can hope is that they are not hostile!!

On 13 August 2005 at approximately 11pm my friend and I were star gazing from a north-facing balcony in Kitsilano, a suburb of Vancouver, looking towards the night sky above Burrard Inlet and Stanley Park. We were hoping to catch the last of the Perseid meteor shower. It was a clear night but with lots of artificial sodium-light pollution. My friend pointed to an area of night sky and said there was a funny light there, I looked up just in time to see a single brilliant bluish-white flash at a fairly low level, several times larger than a star and much more intense. No more flashes appeared. My friend said he has seen 3 flashes leading up to that final flash, travelling east to west and appearing irregularly over several seconds. We thought this odd.

The following evening 14 August 2005 we were returning from Swartz Bay to Tsawassen by BC ferries on the delayed 9pm departure. As dusk turned to night we went up on top deck to star gaze, intrigued by the sighting the previous night and carrying binoculars and we scanned different sectors of the sky. It was absolutely clear, calm and mild with good visibility and some contrails from jet airliners. We saw plenty of air traffic. After a few moments my friend pointed directly overhead and said there was another light flashing. I looked up and saw a flash of brilliant light followed by three increasingly faint and smaller flashes at intervals of a few seconds and slightly off to the left of the first; it was as if a flashing object were travelling vertically but slightly diagonally at great speed. It then disappeared. We both thought wow, this is weird, two sightings in two consecutive nights.

We then watched two assumed satellites tracking extremely fast on slightly different lines from south to north and watched these disappear well out toward the horizon, perhaps taking 15 seconds to cover the whole sky distance. I pointed out a third satellite travelling slower than the first two but roughly in the same direction and we watched this until suddenly there was a brilliant flash of light from it a little over half way across the sky. I thought it had exploded but then saw the object, fainter, was still travelling on its course but this was only for a short distance then it disappeared from my view but my good-sighted friend exclaimed it had stopped dead near Polaris. We got the binoculars out but with unsteadiness of hand failed to isolate the faint object against the other stars. We were incredulous, even if the flash had simply been reflected sunlight this was no satellite behaviour. Possibly it was a meteor bouncing off the upper atmosphere but I've not seen one travel as slow or aslong as this, survive burn up to continue travelling and then stopping! We saw two meteors as well that evening and plenty of air traffic, with which we are both familiar, and I can assure that what we observed and describe above was not a case of mistaken identity for those. We would love toknow if anyone can explain what we were lucky enough to see twice in two consecutive evenings.
