resident in housetrailer at sellhorn's trailerpark outside the corporation limit of tampa, fla. on hwy.#301- alone in the trailer when this overlywhelming rushing whirling sound was descending from overhead getting everincreasingly louder,the object's setting around inside were emminating the resonant sounds that they would create as if being struck while susspended in midair although nothing was moving I rushed to the front door opened it briskly and immediately Looked straight up and there was directly overhead above me no more than at most a maximum of 25 feet was a terrestrial round flying spacecraft! I wish i was an artist to draw a picture, I stood awe struct and stared at it for what seemed like an eternity. then not spinning nor rotateing it shot straight up at a phenominal rate of speed i watched as it burst threw a faint cloud,that there weren't hardly any of in the sky and the cloud dispersed in a counterclockwise motion appearing as cigarette smoke in the light of the sun, there was a few hundredth's of a second that I witnessed total blackness surrounding the shiny metalic disc obviously outer space as it broke threw our atmosphere and it was GONE. I expierienced visual, mental effect's immediately aft the encounter.

Unfortunately, I'm not positive on the year that I saw this UFO. I believe it was November of 2001, but it could have been 2000. I'm something of an astronomy buff, and I was out on my deck in the backyard one cold, clear night, observing the sky with a pair of binoculars. I was sitting in one of my deck chairs, looking up, when something crossed my field of vision. It was moving at a constant speed, and what struck me about it was that it was completely dark. There were no lights on it at all, and it made absolutely no sound. The object was so dark that had I not been looking in exactly the right spot at the right moment, I would have missed it. It was in the shape of a boomerang, or maybe even a triangle. I even considered for a brief second that it might be a flock of birds in a triangular flight formation. However, it looked too solid and too symmetrical to be birds. I followed the object across the sky until it disappeared behind some trees.

Unfortunately, because I was looking at this object through binoculars, it's difficult to say how big it was, how high it was flying, or how fast it was travelling, as I had no meaningful frame of reference. I'm not talking about really high-powered binoculars or anything. They're the kind that you might take to a concert or a ball game. But I can say that through the binoculars, the object filled about half of my viewing area.

I'd also like to say that I feel certain that what I saw was not natural. It was definitely intelligently designed. I'm also certain that it was not an airplane, as an airplane flying at night would have, at the very least, one red light and one green light on its wings. This object was completely dark without a single light on it. Also, a plane, whether a jet or a prop, would have made some kind of sound. This object flew by silently.

On a bright sunny day at the ski hill Bridger Bowl, myself and my father noticed a silver metallic object sitting entirely stationary above the mountain ridge. The day was fairly breezy, and the object sat without moving, for the duration of several hours. Furthermore, the object could not have been anchored to the mountain ridge, but was perhaps one or two miles above. We observed it over the course of several runs and perhaps several hours. Throughout our observation, the object did not move or make any other sign, and was difficult to see unless one looked for it. The object, or whatever may have been occupying a place inside it, appeared to be observing. We discounted the possibility that it was manmade due to the duration viewed and the height over the ridge, as well as the slight breeze. Then, quite suddenly on a run after observing it for a substantial period of time, the object vanished. Neither I nor my father had ever encountered nor have since observed an object as we saw on that day.

I awoke in the middle of the night, and remember gazing up to the sky out of my window by my bedside. I saw a small dot of light moving acroos the sky. It moved in bursts, and zigzaged out of my sight. It appeared perhaps a little larger than a star, or at least more noticeable. The zigzag was instantaneous, and upon each motion the light stopped abruptly. There was no possible way it was of this earth, or other organic material as we know it. Truly fascinating.

Even then, I was familiar with the concept of UFOs, as my father and I had discussed the subject fairly extensively (at least for my age). I was at my grandmothers house about 2 miles from the creek. I was having a little fun hanging out with my dag. Then i heard some cars so i went to the window to see who it was i saw no cars but when i looked tword the creek i saw a light. It looked like a fire whitch would be ok because satanic rituals are held down there but when i looked ten minutes later it had changed from orange-yellow to a bright red. But when i looked at it ten minutes later it was bright yellow but i looked at it again ten more mintes later it was orange but like 5 seconds after that it was gone . i have no idea what it was but it was nothing human.

on june 17 while out on my dirtbike i looked up at the sky ang i could see something flashing in the sky but i thought nothing of it because airplains go over head all the time but this "thing" was sitting in on place and as i looked closer and could see it was an ovle and had no wings. then after 5 sec's of looking at it i was about to go over a bump so i looked down for 2 sec's and looked back up and there was no trace of it.

At a campsite about one hundred feet from a hiking trail just outside Woodstock, New York, two couples saw headlights, thought it was forest ranger or police. The headlights faded and went dark. Shortly afterward, the lights were just above the tree tops, approaching from the direction of the trail. It was a ring of lights with a fifteen feet diameter, with one large light in the center. As it approached, there was a sound eminating from the hull; a low and unsteady beeping, or rhythmic hum. It paused briefly above our campsite. The other couple sat staring with me, in amazement, but also with a certain level of detachment. My girlfriend sat talking on the subject of mundane college gossip, never once stopping, but in fact talking on overdrive, with no concern that the rest of us were not listening, or interjecting in any way. It was almost as if she had been switched to auto pilot and was compelled to serve as a form of distraction.

The hovering disk of lights floated above briefly and then continued on toward the deeper parts of the Catskills forest.

Strange that afterward, a fog rolled in literally on the heels of this disk of lights. And perhaps as strange, was the personality conflict that ensued. No one spoke of the disk, as it was an awkward situation; my chatty girfriend commanding the circle of conversation, even being aggressive it seemed; as people brought up the subject of the lights in the trees, she would immediately talk over them. And when after several hours that she did acknowledge what she saw, she would scoff and say that what it was was obviously a helicopter. But when I retorted that a helicopter that close would have caused much wind, and thunderous noise. Even a so called whisper helicopter is not without sound.

My thoughts are that my girlfriend at the time, Lucy Charlton, who was a very direct person, very straight forward and simple, was the most unaccepting of such phenomenon, who would probably have denied ever being in the position of witnessing such an event, could have been manipulated by those aliens into playing the role of primal human assumption and ignorance, serving their intentions of discreetness perfectly.

The rest of us had no doubt that what we saw was not of human civilization. Some of John Mack's students heard me tell this tale and speculated that I may have been, or came close to being abducted. Some were interested in the race of each person who was present. We were; one Black, one Asian, one Hispanic, and one caucasian. One person in the class thought that would explain why they would approach, pause, and then continue on. They were not interested in stealing any mixed couples. Funny how people think--that such details would matter to an outsider. Oh well, who knows for sure.

I continue to visit the spit to this day (whenever I am out east); which is near a mystical place known as Magic Meadows, where most locals have stories about weird and unexplainable events. I guess this goes back to the time of Washington Irving.
