On a fair night in mid Oct. ,of 2002, I went with two of my co-workers ( Brandon & his uncle Robert)

at that time out to a relatively small piece of family owned farmland, located approx. 8-10 miles SSW of Vernon, TX ,. I went to check a Hog trap that was on that property. I do not often , nor have I since ,baited a hog trap! However , that is what I had done for several days , with scraps from the

restaurant that I worked at.

It was just about midnight when we got out to the farmland, needless to say all of the scraps were gone as usual and the trap had not worked at all !

All three of us had been out of the car , but had gotten back in , and simply were in no big hurry to

get anywhere in particular.

As we sat there chatting , I noticed a light in the distance , it seemed to

move ,I had thought.I was confused , because it looked like a Security light ,that was whitish/blue, it seemed to be moving , and it was directly North of us , which would have been on my families land ( The plot of and is narrow and long ,running North to South.) The property has no Security lights , if I was looking at a person , they would have been trespassing, so I was interested to know what was going on , and I was driving , so we stayed in place and watched.

I noticed Brandon, who was in the passenger seat next to me , was watching this light also, and I

ask him if he was looking at it too. He was .

For the next few minutes we sat there and watched , and yes it was defiantly moving slowly South ,

in our direction. At that time we had no reason to believe , we were looking at , something out of

the ordinary. I had only a few nights before this , had a bullet ripple through the trees near me, a stray bullet , from someone “Spotlighting”( A type of Illegal hunting practice) nearby, and thought

maybe I was looking at some type of similar activity. In any case it was advancing in our general

direction, so we were going to find out ,hopefully ,what it was.

It continued to advance . I was surprised to see that it had apparently crossed the road in front of

us , as this would have been quite the accomplishment , because of the trees and creek ( Paradise Creek, runs through that property) etc. ,it did not follow the road . It was now on the very same patch of land as we were .

It stayed throughout this time low to the ground , and it appeared to be following the creek at one

point, it was getting very close to us at that time. We could now tell that this was very strange

indeed, and we could not ID the source of the light , I was then thinking that it must be some type

of lantern or lamp , and was expecting to see a human figure carrying it. That would not be the

case.

I had this impression , because the light itself was very strange , in that it seemed to be

radiating in all directions, it seemed to diffuse completely , and didn’t illuminate the ground or the

surrounding trees. I found this to be odd. Also this diffusion (?) , for lack of a better word made a

"Halo" type effect, that I have described , again for lack of a better word , as “Rays “ of light.

The creek makes a westwardly bend , and this “light” followed the creek. That was very close to us

at that point, we still had no Idea what we were looking at . I was becoming concerned at this

point.

Before it had left our property , and entered the adjoining plot of land , it left the path of the creek,

gained 10, or 15 feet in altitude( it had previously been as low as three feet from the ground at

certain points) moved a short distance to the South , then to the surprise of all three of us, it made a

B-line quite quickly straight in our direction.

The “ light” paused , or parked itself abruptly , approximately at the half way point from where it started in our direction, above the open grassy area , approximately 20 feet off the ground. As I have not measured the approx. distance , I would estimate that it stopped about 30 yards , to around 40 yards , very close , I could have hit it, if I had wanted to throw a rock at it.

It appeared to be somewhat larger than 1 meter in diameter, with the halo, maybe 1.5 meters .

At this point I ,personally ,was terrified , by the unwanted attention, and at the same time I was fascinated by this , and was staring very hard at this “Ball of light”. It was very beautiful to look at,

its total appearance was of a whitish blue, but at this close proximity, I could clearly see that the

“Rays “ were full of many different “Rainbow” colors. The individual “Rays”, of which there were

most likely 1000, or more, constantly moved , or swayed, in a way that reminds me of the “Two

Step”. As they moved in this manner , the colors , maybe 2-3 colors per “ Ray”, also changed , or

moved also , inside the individual “Rays”. The rays themselves were thicker at their bases and

tapered to the ends. The center of the light remained whitish blue, and I could not see any

surface(s) , or source(s) of the light.

No other noticeable action took place. I remained transfixed on the object the entire time , even

though my friends were yelling at me to drive , and get the heck out of Dodge ! I was unable , and

really unwilling to look away ,out of fear , if not intrigue. I was afraid that starting the car , or any

action by myself or my friends , might provoke a reaction , from this “Ball of light”.

This standoff , if you will, lasted at least 5 minutes, then it abruptly made another B-line out of the area to the North .

It was not seen by us again , and we quickly left as well.

The entire encounter lasted close to 20 minutes.

I was driving along on the edge of our small city with my mother in law and wife.When my mother in law who is russian starts pointing to the right hand side of the sky and saying plate.I take a look towards the sky with my wife and what we seen will stay with me for the rest of my life .It was a perfect clear day only one patch of cloud in the sky.What we seen was if you had a huge stainless steel rod and cut of a section it was flat on the bottom ant top with 2 grooves around it .It had know windows appeared to make no noise was only what appeared like 200 metre away from road and 150m high in the air.I'am killing my self for not being able to get a photo or video of the this oject as we had both in the car and I was unfortunately driving and only seen the object for 30 seconds.I t was hovering along near going no faster than my car .The most unusual thing was we were all excited and thought lets follow it there was one small patch of cloud when it went behind these clouds it dissapeared not to be seen again.Where we seen it was parraell with a small airfield.All the possibilites went through my mind and there is nothing on our planet I could compare it to.What is frustrating is I have no picture of it and the sighting was closer and clearer the most u.f.o sightings I have seen.Kind regards Rodney Jeffery Australia

I work the night shift 11pm-7am at a Wilderness Camp for juvenile offenders in southwest Arkansas located right outside of a tiny town called Canfield in a rural wooded area. On 6-16-05 I was on my break and was in the dining hall getting something to eat. When I was finished I left the dining hall and proceeded to walk back to the Administration Building at about 5:20am when I saw something just beyond the tops of the trees, what looked to be a bright star slowly moving across the sky. It was orb like in appearance and I observed the object stop, then continue moving arcross the sky then it stopped again then continued moving east until I could no longer see it beyond the trees. As far as I could tell, it wasnt very far away and immediately I knew I did not just see a helicopter nor an airplane or jet. The whole time I knew what I was observing was a genuine UFO for the very first time.

11 triangular objects flying in a pattern of a trangle, they were glowing a bronzy brown they flew over head and carried on till i couldnt see them any more, i tried my mobil but it went dead till they were out of sight here was no sound from these objects.

very dark night, city lights were almost all out, so it was hard not to notice it in the sky. Looked up and saw the disk-like object. like two saucer-pans on top of each other but bottom part more shallow and flat, and top part dome-shaped. Lights out lined its contour and big round lights (5-6) were on the bottom. I cant recall whther it was small but close to ground, or very large and further up, but it appeared to have a size of an Airbus-plane wingspan that was almost landing (VERY LARGE)

These pictures were taken 20 years

ago in

1985 - during a family summer trip to mexico. I was only 6 at the time

but

I can remember this quite vividly. We were headed back up towards the

states - somewhere in Northern Mexico maybe in Chihuahua - along a

typical

mexican highway (we weren't the only cars on the road so it's easy to

assume

other people saw the objects in picture 1). The objects in Picture 1

consists of 4 easily indentifiable ojects to the naked eye. There are

two

saucer shaped objects that are easily recognizable. However, there are

at

least two more objects in the far distance that look like stars. This

is a

bright and sunny day so it's impossible for these things to be stars.

It was 3:02 in the monring when I was driving home on highway 5 with my girlfriend in the middle of central California. There was a black looking craft about a mile up ahead, that caught my eye. As we got closer, I wondered if it were just a plane, or maybe even a stealth jet, but this was not jet. It was a perfect triangle. Black, with 3 lights, one on each corner. It had flown over near some rolling hills shining its white light down, and pivoting its head light. As we got closer, I noticed its exact triangular shape, and its black color. The craft was about 200 ft in the air, and it was hovering over the fields rapidly, but not in a hurried fashion. We saw it for about 3 minutes, and it then it vanished.

like i said there was a full moon that night and i was standing on the front porch and was looking at the moon and then like i said the first one came in to the right of the moon it looked like a fire ball at first and it had a short firetrail be hind it and then it just when out and what i could see then was like a big orange thing that had a black hole in the bottom of it to me it looked like a doughnut. I ran in side to get my binnoculars to get a better look at it and just as i got back to look the next one came in just the same as the first and did the same thing i look at them with my binnoculars untell they where gone. This is the first time i have ever said any thing about it, but I did tell my wife but i know what i seen and what they did and i know that it was not from this world we have nothing that can do that as far as i know.

Me and my mate charles were just preparing to fly back to melbourne from a hiking trip when all of the sudden this octagonal craft flies right ahead about 1 and a quarter kilometers ahead and just stops, so after we took off from the airport we flew to where the craft was and got about 80 meterst from it and then it was like a bat out of hell. although there was some kind of smoky beam coming off the craft i do not know what to make of it. any suggestions?
