The first "ball" appeared in the sky out of nowhere. It was a bright orange and pulsated with color while seeming to have a white base inside and the orange color surrounded it. It seemed to be about a quarter mile away and about 30 degrees above the horizonal. It's diameter appeared to be about 20' to 50' , but it was hard to tell. The distance from me was also hard to judge as it was just a glowing ball with nothing to try to scale the image for accurate size. After staying motionless in the sky, (it was a bright, cloudless night) for about a minute, it changed diameter and color. It now was a blue color, also pulsating with that white core underlining the blue color, and seemed about a third less in diameter. After about another minute, it changed color and size again. It was now a bright, pulsating, white object and the diameter was again reduced about a third in size. It stayed that way for a minute or less and then blinked out. It was just gone. It had not moved at all except to change in size. After another minute or so, it (or another) appeared and went through the same sequence (orange, blue, white, reducing in size each time) in approx. the same amount of time. The second ball of light appeared about 5 degrees to the left of the first one and slightly lower. I was riding a motorcycle at the time and had pulled over after sighting the first ball of light. I flashed my headlight on and off a few times, but that didn't seem to cause any response. I waited about a half hour after the last light went out, but there was no further lights during that time. It was all very mistifying and it has been the only UFO experience I have ever had.

I was lying down in my parents backyard looking up at the sky, my feet towards the west and my head towards the east. As I was looking up an object came from the south that I could see threw, oval shaped, flew to the north and out of my sight. If you every have seen one of those teardrops of glass you can buy at the store, imagine an oval shaped one that is clear( meaning you can see threw it). There were some big clouds and little clouds in the sky, As it was directly above me there was some blue sky and very small clouds. It seemed like it was between the clouds and me. As it glided to the north the clouds that were there weren't hidin by the object it continued to fly north and although I could see that there was an oval object there it did not obscure the view of the clouds or the blue sky. It went from the south to north in about 2-3 seconds. I think it was fairly low in the sky. And it seemed big.

I lived buy the Albany International Airport at the time, and it was probably at the height off the ground of where a whether helicopter would be, maybe even lower.

In the early 1970's my wife and I were traveling eastbound on Hwy 24 towards Moberly Missouri. Our volkswagen stalled at the top of a hill and rolled down the other side. we saw several cars pulled over with people outside their cars looking and pointing at the spherical object. In an instant, the object was gone with no noise. It had just kind of like a whishing noise to it as it blinked out of site from a dead stop.

This was the weird part. Noone spoke to each other to exchange responses as we remembered. Everyone just got quickly back in their cars and drove off. Furthermore, my wife and I forgot all about it until the early 1980's, say 1981 or 1982. When we did remember the siting, it was instantaneous. We both had the same idea and remembered the siting at the same time and started talking about it. Prior to that, we had no recollection of the siting. If anyone has had this type of experieince, or especially if you were one of those folks that night in the 1970's on Hwy 24 in Missouri going eastbound, please email or call me.

disk shaped saucer with port holes and intense white triangular/cone shaped light below, hovering 50ft beside car in open field maybe 30ft alt. sloly moved over car -no noise and hovered on other side. rapidly took off over sea (1mile away) and soon returned at great speed. witnessed by many fishermen. returned for a minute or two close to me -no under light- then shot off towards woodbridge base where it crashed into trees at end of runway.

all similar to most 'rendlesham' accounts except the date formed the basis of the cover up. May well have been sighted in the loosely described 26-39th dec period but the crash took place much earlier and thats when investigations should start + question authenticity of some released documents.

Col. Halt and many others were very close witnesses but cover up started following day. Lots of pressure. Halt left to muddy the waters and change date, lose recordings, deny, dispatch witnesses etc. Investigation needs to start again if its the truth wanted.

Certain witnesses most definately did not work over Christmas 1980.

i was sitting in my garden on a bench then all of a sudden something small but detailed caught my eye. it was hovering over my garden it wasnt very big at all but it was very frightening. i was home alone so i couldn't call someone to witness this extraordinary experience. i watched it for about approx 2 mins then all of a sudden a great bright light shon round the object at this point i was actually quite scared. i went inside watching the object from a window upstairs. the object went lower to the ground hit the floor and as quickly as light as it hit the ground it shot off into the distance and i have never seen it again.

My Mother woke me about 4:am because she heard something at the back door .The power was out. I went and checked the door it was fine I opened it looked around didnt see anything and closed it. I then went to the front window the first thing I noticed was hundreds of rabbits and then at the edge of the woods four or five large does and a buck with a very larg rack.All the animal were looking down our driveway across the road and down our boat ramp.I followed their line of vision and on the otherside of the lake was a fenced in power station there was a ufo over it when ever it would go close to the power station our power would go out. It would go down on the station and then go up into the sky and zig-zag around very fast. and then go back down again.It did this over and over again for about one hour.My Mother and I both saw this in 1979. The next day we went down to the lake and looked around we saw large jelly fish looking blobs on the banks of the lake the were light yellow in color.I poked it with a stick I was 10 years old.

I also saw a tear drop shape object 5 years ago here in Mo. it flew right over our heads right above the trees and did not make a sound. we were camping on a piece of property we had just purchased. It gave off the same light as the sky this was at night .If it did'nt block out the stars I wouldnt have known it was there.It was moving very slow.

While I was playing soccer in the back yard of my house I've been called by one of my friends, who told me that there is a huge plate above my house, and I saw many people staring at the huge unknown object in the sky about 100 meters high. After looking at for app. 30 sec. it flew up higher into the sky and then disappeared, the object looked like a plate with many light around it and some antennas on the side. In the air it was spinning and flying, thats as far as I remember

My hsuband (now X) was coming back from a friends house who lived in the country outside of Asheboro N.C. back in October of 1973. I remembered the date because I had a newborn baby that was two weeks old, it was the first time we took her out.

We left our friends house at 2:00 am. We were on a country road and had to stop at a stop sign before turning left. All of this is still so vivid. We looked ahead of us and saw a light dancing in the sky, my husband had been in the military for 4 years and worked with aircraft and he said I've never seen anything that can move like that. This object could go back and forth and up and down in seconds, it was unbelievable, we stayed and tried to figure out what we were seeing. As we sat there it flew and hovered over our car. I remember a very brite light and it remember different colored lights around it but I can't say what they were. I remember my husband saying it doesn't have lights like a military aircraft. I stuck my head out the car window and my husband looked through the windshield. I can't tell you how long we were there for some reason that part is a blank to me but I heard my husband say lets get the HELL out of here. That was unusal for my husband to swear. We were very straight, no drugs or drinking. Er turned left onto another country road and it followed us. It stayed right behind us at the same speed which I'm sure was faster than the speed limit, I watched never taking my eyes off this craft, we were very scared, then it left as fast as it came and in a second it was behind the mountains far in the distance. I think we got home around 6:00 that morning although our friend only lived about 30 to 45 min.'s away. The only people we told was a few family and friends years later.

It's something I'll never forget.

The reason I'm writing this know is because my family recently went through Roswell. We stopped at the musem and I read so many articules that sounded like what we had seen. I had two of my daughters and my husband (now) with me, it was really nice being able to show them it wasn't just me who saw this object that I've told them about all their life. Although they have always believed me I think they are convinced now.

i was studying at home in Athlone, Co. westmeath, rep of ireland. our home is in a well lit urban area of the town. my father went out to feed our cats and while doing so noticed a veryt bright object in the sky, among some low lying light clouds. it didn't appear to be a plane as it didn't seem to be moving and had quite a lot of lights on it. he observed it for about 2 minutes and when it hadn't moved at all in this time he came in to me to ask me to tell him what i thought it may be. by the time we got back outside we could no longer see it, but decided to observe for a few minutes to see if it reappeared. within about 20 secs we observed an intense and rapid flash of light in the clouds. it definately wasnt lightening or a meteor as these phenomena are very familiar to me. shortly afterwards - about 1 minute - we seen approx 12 similar flashes in rapid succession scattered about the sky at great distances apart. it appeared to us that it was possibly a number of objects accelerating through the sky at astronomical speeds. there was no sound from them. as soon as the flashes stopped the craft my father had seen emerged from the cloud. i seen it too. it didn't appear to be very high up in the sky and had a large no of lights on it. many of these lights were on the bottom of the craft. it certainly didn't look like any plane to me3... it was quite long and travelling at a speed which brought it out of our sight within about 1 minute. as it went behind a cloud into the distance it suddenly emerged from behind a cloud in a different part of the sky. it seemed like it travelled a great distance in an instant back to the general area the flases of light were seen. i'm left confused and bewildered by this sighting and will be paying more attention to the skies in future. during the sighting i felt quite disturbed what i was seeing and a shiver of fear ran through me... evidence that this was indeed very unusual and hard to explain.

We were on our way to a friends house when we stopped at a stop sign and noticed a strange object in the night sky to the south, approx. 1 mile away from where we were. The object slowly hovered across the sky (as if "sunday driving") to the north and east at its constant speed for the duration of the sighting. The object was triangular in shape; a dark mass, so we saw very little detail of the object besides the lights. It had a bright white light at each vertex point and a circle of lights in the center of the object; these center lights strobed in a rotating cycle of many colors consistantly. The object kept its pace for the entire sighting until it moved out of our sight; the whole incident lasted for about 4-5 minutes.

Before this occurance I was unsure and skeptical about "phenomona", now I am still unsure of what we saw, but whatever it was it was unlike ANYTHING I had seen or have seen since-- in magazines, books, TV, etc.
