a very long cylindrical object of considerable girth. the front end (or what appeared to be the front end) was slightly wider than the rest of the vessel. towards the rear of the craft on the underside, were two round or oblong objects that appeared to be made of the same material as the rest of the craft. As the craft traveled, the 2 oblong objects seem to pulsate. the coloring on the vessel was not the usual metallic color; it seemed to take on a pale, almost flesh colored hue.

Rick Ericson and I were walking in the "Back 40" behind Rose Barracks one night and noticed a small white light moving ahead of us, from it's trajectory it came from behind. As it caught our attention, and we looked around, this huge black triangle was clearly seen, with only one white light at each point, moving maybe 5 MPH, making NO SOUND whatsoever, and that was the extent of the encounter. It did not do anything other than continue on it's flight path, not accelerating, changing course, or making any change in it's display. This thing was no more than 30 feet over our head. Many details could be seen.. ther was quite a bit of non-aerodynamic characteristics to this things outer hull.It was a large triangle shaped object that flew at an unflyable airspeed, given then thrust requirements and angle of attack required to preform such a maneuver, beside the fact that it was 1981, way before the Belgian sightings, and certainly beyond our air technology, even today...unless there is tech that has not been disclosed regarding Anti-Gravitic Drives... I never forgot about the incedent but then I never talked about it much.. untill I saw the coverage on Unsolved Mysteries.

It was a dark sky night. My bed had a large window that I looked out at the stars. There is a flight path that goes from North to South, south leading to Sydney airport. they never fly that low. My first reaction was 'whats that?" and then, "the people inside must be blinded by the lights they are so bright" I could see the windows but the light coming from inside was an orange brightness that was almost burning. They were my first two thoughts. then I calculated that it couldn't be either a donestic aircraft or privite. It was too big. then I realized that it was not making any sound, each craft that travells on the flight path makes a sound. even though they are always so high you can barly see the under lights at night (and they flash. these lights were not flashing) I watched it travell across the sky from West to East and then dissapear in the distance. The next day I drew the craft. I wrote to a frind and told him, he said that a few reports had come in around the week I witnessed this craft. I did not take it further.

I thought maybe I should tell someone now. It may be nothing, but it is something I will never forget. I have had other encounters through my life that I keep to myself, saying it out loud to people makes there reactions quite predictable.

My family, our cousin and his wife were on our boat there were 6 of us), and my cousin and I were looking at the stars. He pointed out a fast moving light, which looked like a star, which I quickly found due to its brightness. As it headed towards another bright light, again star-shaped and sized, it began to move at an incredible speed, almost as if it was a plane in the sky. As it neared the stationary star, the two collided, and a large, thin red streak of light fired across the heavens, looking as if it was a couple hundred feet long. The red streak of light dissapered, as well as the two bright lights. I've told this to many people, and the only explanation I've heard is that it was a shooting star that collided with another, but that doesn't make sense whatsoever. If anybody else saw anything like this, please contact me.

I am now forty years old I was about 12 then it was in the summer, I could probably ask my mom and dad a date they would remember I had told them about it the night it happened. The object I saw was ether square or rectangular im not sure exactly the angle I was standing, it was solid gold in color the whole thing was illuminated like the light was within. No multiple lights no sound no emissions. This is what happened I was riding my bike to the naborhood store for marshmallows and I spotted this object hovering about two telephone poles high over me. I wasn’t scared but it moved away slowly and then all of a sudden it was moving away very fast a gone in an instant. But that wasn’t the weird part from that night on for two weeks I had nightmares of people being melted and high winds, and snow so I thought. But now looks exactly like the results of a nuclear blast. And the bronchitis I had so much trouble with as a child (I was in the hospital all the time my parents were told twice I wouldn’t make it.) was gone, as was my child hood memory (anything prior to that) And I wouldn’t think much about it now but that night is coming back in my thoughts as well a periodic dream about the people melting.

I would like to now if anyone else has had this experience.

It was taken with a Kodak Digital Camera, 2 MP. its very clear and nobody has any idea what it is. There is a darker spot a bit higher. II never saw it when I took the photo, but there are several people looking up, so they may have seen something. I have other friends who had cameras so ill contact them and ask if they saw anything post development.

Myself and 8 other friends were backpacking for the weekend at Loch Leven. During our hike up to a lake I pointed out various cool things to take pictures of (rock formations, twisted trees, reflections on the lakes and such).to my friend with the digital camera. This picture I asked her to take was of the neat looking cloud formation. There wasn't anything in the sky that we noticed when she took it. It was not till we got home and looked at the pics that we saw the strange object in the sky on the cloud pic.

The Loch Leven lakes are up around 6,000 feet. We were not seeing birds and nobody was throwing anything either. The only things known to me to be in the sky that day were the US Forest Service planes whom the rangers the previous night warned us about who were out looking for campfires (since it was a no-campfires permitted time).

It definately does not look like a plane, and we would ahve remembered seeing a plane flying through our picture at the time. The same thing goes for a hot-air balloon. Not to mention how would you explain the dark spot on the left side that looks like an indentation.

The pictures both before and after show no specks on the lens or other oddities. I've never seen anything like it. Any ideas?
