I am an airline pilot with one of the National flag carriers in Europe. A number of years ago we were cruising at about 35000 feet and on a night return flight from Lagos to Europe. It was a perfectly clear night with no clouds anywhere and had settled in on the long monotonous sector over Algeria when my colleague prodded my arm and pointed to something in the northeastern sky. I looked and observed 4 lights in what I can only describe as a roughly trapezium shape well above our flight level. Almost immediately the milky white lights faded out simultaneously leaving us dumbfounded. My colleague said he observed the lights for some

Seconds but was unable to utter a word. Both of us were absolutely convinced the lights were no aircraft or stars. Bear in mind we had both flown many thousands of hours in our careers and had never seen anything like it! We have not reported anything as we felt there is no. Point. After all no evidence!

Anyway I had forgotten all about it until I stumbled upon this website. While clicking through the various pictures thinking the majority can possibly be explained as unusual cloud formations or other rare aerial phenomena when I came across photo 189( http://www.ufoevidence.org/Photographs/Photo189.htm )and there was instant recognition! Hence this comment. Question is are their any other colleagues out there reading this, who have had a similar experience?

My blood ran cold when this thing drifted slowly in front of my truck which was working its way slowly up a steep hiill/ I turned to the passenger next to me to see if he had seen what I had seen. He was sleeping. Just then the girl in the back started screaming

well it was about the end of summer before we started school. the night was cool and warm and the sky was as clear as can be. we went to the kitchen to get some snacks before we go to bed. when i and my cousin saw throw the kitchen window some bright flashing lights. coming from the building that has a big sat light dish. we went to the living room window and we saw this big gray round object that had blinking lights on the sides of the thing. what was weird was that this thing was right on top of the building and it was so close to the sat light that i could of knocked down. it looked like something from the close encounters of the third kind the colors that were blinking were white blue and red all at the same time not like in an airplane. they were flashing lights but then after a while they started to blink real fast and then as that happend it just disapeared into thin air i mean literealy. this took place in new york's barrio between 106 & 107 street park avenue new york 10029. it wasnt till recently that i shared my story with a friend, plus i got an i witness which is my cousin who saw the same thing i saw so i know that im not crazy or that i made it up.

I was going to International airport by bus and at Greenspoint I was looking a the airplanes lifting up but the bright light caught my attetion and I said looks like a star, it moved like in a 30 degree angle and I saw a brighter or shiny light and when it started to move slowly toward the south, I indicated a woman that was at my side to look up to see the spaceship and she made a funny look like saying you are crazy but never looked up, I move from my seat to have a better look and for a long while I saw the object traveling very slow maybe at 5000 feet. on that Thursday.

I know about them and I always keep an aye on the sky.

(I will not put any information on the witness' actions or reasons to be there, due to he|she does not want specific mention.) There were 2 kinds of craft; apparently one kind did not like the other.

A clear and perfect night, not one cloud or aircraft to be seen for hours of star gazing. In the distance there were 3 globes of light, each in separate locations. There was one to the North, one to East North East, and one to the East. They had continually changed courses and height rapidly, but maintained general locations. I disregarded them as patrolling aircraft at first. Green Red Orange Blue White pulsating out of each one.

I and the other person turned, to see another craft approaching. It had 3 perfect bright white lights, in dome shapes. No gear or other lights at all on that craft. It was about 30 feet up, as it passed over there was no sound what so ever. This craft came directly from the south, going north. It flew slowly. An outline of a triangle blocked out the stars, the ends were rounded from what we could tell. It turned North West, then sped up towards the other 3 light orb UFOs. The other three lights came together into a loose delta formation and speed off out of view, while the triangle disappeared into the same direction.

It is my belief that the 3 orbs of light were none government. The triangle could have possibly been a government craft sent to investigate. I could be wrong.

That’s it, besides a (bad) reproduction of the triangle's fly over via an animated .gif, there’s no more that I can say.

I DID contact a local officer from a near by military base, after debunking several explanations I got a "Do not look into this matter" sort of reply.

As we entered a valley, this object was across the valley hovering. It was enormous and of a metalic color. It seemed to be hovering just above the tree tops and was as large as a football field. As we drove over the hill out of the valley (small valley) and came into position to see it again, the object had disappeared. This disappearance happened all within a minute. The craft was seen first by my husband who said, "what is that!" and then I looked in the direction he was indicating (not expecting to see anything much) and also saw the object. If the object was moving at all, it had to be very slowly. This sighting was made on a clear, sunny day as my husband and I were returning home after attending college.

Our strange siting lasted long enough for us to call a friend out to see it. The first two flying chevrons took about a minute and a half to cross the sky. The second, single object took much longer, and crossed right in front of the moon, so we could make it out very clearly. We didn't think to look to see if anyone else reported it, but found a description here of a mother, Rebecca and her son who described an extraodinarily similar siting. These objects were large grey and silent. Does anyone have more information???

I was sitting outside on my front steps writing in my journal, when I looked down the street and saw this large glowing object, much bigger than the lights on a plane and too small to be the moon. Anyway, there was stadium lighting directly below the object that was directed onto the soccer field, but this object was above those lights and was several feet above those lights and suspended in midair. I watched it for several minutes waiting for it to move or just vanish, because I could not believe what I was seeing. A few minutes later, I started to think of someone I could call who lived nearby and could confirm whether or not what I was seeing was real. It was too late to phone most of my friends, but I grabbed the cordless phone from inside the house and returned to the front steps to brainstorm who would most likely still be awake. When I went back outside, it was gone. I was told by someone I met recently, that he knew people from the same area at the time who had told him they had seen strange glowing orbs as well. I couldn't explain it then and I am still not sure what I saw to this day.

I received a Master's of Science degree in Psychology in September. I grew up in Philadelphia and lived on that same street until a few years ago. I have never seen anything like that before in that area, but I have had one other strange sighting that I have never been able to explain. It happened when I was much younger, so I wonder in the memory has been colored over time, but usually I have a really accurate memory for detail especially in a situation as strange as sightings.
