My co workers stepped to the roof of our 10 story building for a common smoke break. Upon gazing at the sky...it got foggy in the matter of seconds. (for a second I thought it was merely the ciggerate smoke.... only this smoke was coming down, you could feel it the smoke dropping down not upwards. The lights got closer & closer... in total 300(max) yards away from the roof. Two of my friends/co workers are well established local photographers. The first attempt at taking the pictures were no success due to impropper settings on the camera, in shock no one really felt like playing around with the settings on it. Finally my friend tweeked the exposure to capture whatever light was possible. The lights dimmed and just like that, we were left in darkness of the night sky once again. We hopped on the elevator soon as it was over to grab the files out of the camera. I opened the image up in photoshop to change the curves and look for any other form or shape I could make out of it.

The next thing which completly boggles me is the most mysterious part about the whole situation.

I am a fan of star wars, Orson Wells...and so on. But in no way did I ever think I would become a believer.

When I over exposed the images there was 2 or 3 differently shaped groups of lights which seem to give the object some depth.

Months have gone by, we only told one other person about the experience. I can not remember his name being that I did not know him as well as my partners. He was a journalist, who mentioned something about a story of ufos out by chapman ranch. Normally we would have just blown it off or made a joke about it. Then he dropped the bomb on us and mentioned the shape and exact number of lights. We all looked at each other in a cold stare.

After that happened, we never really brought it up much or mentioned it. I came across this site looking to see if any one has seen the exact same shape and lights we have... The hairs on my arms & neck raised when I saw a sketch of the EXACT same shape (position in lighting) in a drawing posted here.

No, first of all.. I would imagen any plane that size would be roaring, any satiellite would have fallen on us, any blimp wouldnt not have dissapeared in the way it did and a weather balloon would not have created the smoke it did.

It was pretty big. The bottom seemed to be round with lots of BRIGHT lights. It broke up into different shapes as it spun but soon came back together into one piece. There was a long, skinny neck that protruded from it with a light on teh end.

The object was pretty far off because it was fairly high up in teh sky. But I used the zoom on my camera, which is very good, to view the object. It seemed to be pretty large. It wasn't huge or anythign but I'd say it was about 30-40 ft in diameter. It was also kinda flat ...so it wasnt very tall.

It is a rural area. There are no special places aroudn here such as airports or anything. The nearest one is about 20 miles away or possibly farther. The area is pretty wooded and it's a country setting.

I was sitting in my room and somehting caught my eye from my window. I looked out and it was this weird looking BRIGHT LIGHTED thing in the sky. I stared for a minute then it hit me....ok this is not an airplane. So I ran and got my video camera. I recorded it form my window. The object was just hoovering above my neighbors house. It appeared to be spinning somewhat. But also it kept breaking up into small pieces and them forming back together while spinning. There is no certain shape that I could describe. The bototm appeared to be pretty much rounded. But as it would spin, there was a long neck on it with a ligth at the end. Also there were lights on teh bottom. After a while teh object began to slowly move from left to right. I stoppped recording after a while because it was there for so long. The second time that I saw it, it was in teh exact same place. Once again I recorded it. However this time it did not say as long but ti appeared to be the same object.

I personally do not think that it is any of the above. I really wish I had an explanation for it though.

The ufo was about 30 ft long, saucer shaped and very black in color. There was no detectable noise as it hovered over the hills.

This area is very rural. The ufo was flying above the Naval Weapons station. We saw it between two hills while driving down a very windy road.

While I was bringing my daughter home from her Dad's house in Pittsburg, Ca.,my daughter and I saw a large flying disc hovering between the hills just above the Naval Weapons Station about 3pm. This is a very windy road, so we only saw it for about 3 seconds. When we reached the bottom of the hill, which took about 10 seconds it was gone. The weather was beautiful, you could see for miles. But this was not the first time for me to see such a thing...

It was in the fall of 1999, I was driving east on hwy. 4 about 10pm, The weather was clear and the traffic was minimal. Just as I reached the same weapons station it lit up like daylight!! Just the weapons station. It lasted about 5 seconds then disappeared. While lit, I was searching like crazy for the light source. Of course I soon realized that it wasn't normal. When I got home told my boyfriend about it and he went on to tell me that one night him and his his ex were on the same freeway, in the same area but going west and the whole inside of his truck lit up with a blinding light for only a couple of seconds. wild!!

Our B-50 and crew left Castle AFB Dec.26 enroute to Kindley AFB in Bermuda.

Because of maintenance to be done on our aircraft we were delayed leaving for Lakenheath AFB

in England. Before leaving we were told by our Aircraft Commander that all gun cameras were

to be loaded with no explanation.

Of course it became clear later on in the flight.As is practice in all missions whenever an aircraft

is sighted in your vicinity it is reported to the A.C.After being reported we were advised

to shoot as much footage of the object as possible,all gun camera film was shot.

Upon arrival at Lakenheath we were met by Air Force & civilian personnel.The film was

removed from all gun cameras,we were asked if any of us had taken any pictures with any

other cameras.

End of story,no debriefing & no answers to any obvious questions to what we had witnessed

best described as a 'spinnig top' shape but compress it down a little. There were lighted windows all aroud the center (horizonally). also blinking lights at the top & bottom.. The first one was HUGE (much bigger than our two-story house, and possibly as big as 2) and the other about 1/3 the size trailing behind at the same level. Very slow moving-and very slow spinning

March 17, 1977 I was in the front yard watering the lawn.It was late evening, 6-7pm. The sun had gone down, but it was not dark . What I saw next was awesome. As I looked east, there, right before my eyes, were what appeared to be 2 UFOs. One was quite large the other was about 1/3 size. They were moving very slowly, spinning slowly, toward the north. What was weirder is that there was no noise-no sound. I dropped the hose and ran inside the house very excitedly asking for mom and dad to come outside quickly. My brother, who was studying, also came out. My girlfriend did not (because I didn't call her).

Much to everyone's amazement, the UFOs were still in sight. What we can best describe is that the shape was like a spinning top (sort of) there were lighted windows all around the center (horizonally), and blinking lights at the top and bottom. Like I said "no noise" I could see vehicles driving east on the 134 freeway and the UFOs were passing over the top of them. (I have always wondered why no other reports have surfaced.)

We were puzzled. What did we just see??? In July 2005 my dad had his 75th birthday party and we brought up the "sighting" again. My dad will say " I don't know how to comment on it, because I don't know what it was I saw" My mom and brother and I will talk about it, but as my dad says "what did we see?"

Has anyone else seen what we saw that night? Many years have gone by but I still can picture what I saw that evening.

The 16 silver disks were very high up in teh sky appearing almost tiny. They were flying east to west in an unwavering patern equally spaced apart and traveling very fast. All of a sudden they stoped stock still in the sky and then darted as a unit diagonally back and downward. They stopped again, and then proceeded to fly straight upward. They stopped again and then flew back directly east to west. They stopped one more time, and then instantly flew straight up and out of sight within seconds!

There is no way it was anything man-made or natural. The Cop was in awe, probably more so than us kids as we just accepted such a phenomenon, whereas the adults were in shock. I said, "Did you see what I think I saw?" And the Cop said, "Yes!"

Navy Reserve Commander with 42 years of military service before retiring 4 years ago at age 60. Also, in civilian life, a business executive. I should also add that in 1964, while serving in the Milwaukee Air Force Reserve's Intelligence Department as an Airman 1st Class, I used to field calls from civilians calling to report UFO sightings. These people were very agitated, but since we didn't have any method for following up, I would just tell them the little white lie that we were launching weather balloons to clam them down.

I was only 12, so had no previous knowledge/awareness of UFOs other than in comic books. The experience made me a believer! So, that when I saw another one 45 years later I wasn't as shocked. (see next report)

About 6 or 8 years ago (1999) I was driving home in teh suburban community of Greendale, Wisconsin, which lies oh the Milwaukee airport's glide path, when I saw a huge cigar-shaped object hovering just about tree-top height, It was covered in multi-colored lights. At first I assumed it was an aircraft heading for the airport, but no, because it was standing stock still. I pulled to the side of the raod and just stared at it assuming it would soon fly away. I sat there in my car for a good 5 minutes when a car coming from the opposite direction on Southway Street also stopped and stared. I called to the lady and asked if she was seeing the UFO, too. She said, "YES!" I waited so long, I finally decided to drive the 2 b;ocks home and get my camera. But, by the time I retirned it was gone,a nd so was the lady in the other car.

They looked just like stars. Stars exactly. Yet they MOVED half way through the sky and were two of them. They started fading out over a small distance in the sky and were gone.

These things weren't close at all. No details seen. Appeared EXTREMELY high in the atomsphere and looked exactly like stars. They were white and the exact size of stars.

Rural on a trail in a subdivision called Copper Creek. I believe the association is on the internet. This is complete desert environment on a little trail through the middle of our subdivision that people walk thier dogs on in the day. There are Cholla bushes and Saguaro and Barrel cactus everywhere. There is a military base way south in southern Tucson called Fort Monthon Air Force Base, which I severley doubt had anything to do with this, since I was looking north towards Phoenix. And this was really high up in the atomsphere, if not in space. I was looking up around a bush, and these things were way above the houses in the distance. I've lived there for about 2 and a half years and this was way out of place.

About 9 at night my friend and I were walking on a trail through a subdivsion to his house. I stopped in a wash to well, to use the bathroom. This sounds strange yeah, but I looked up and was watching the stars. The stars are quite bright and the night dark for the lack of city lights around Oro Valley. They were beautiful and my friend Dustin was like hurry up man. Anyway these 2 stars about 70 degrees up in the sky directly north, the direction i was facing started moving. Now I've been to Mexico a lot of times and seen "shooting stars" or comets and they are REALLY fast burning up quickly in the atomsphere. These were NOT planes or helicopters or anything else I could think of. There are no military bases in the area that I know of except Fort Monthon Air Force base in southern Tucson. These 2 "star" looking entities just moved with no sound for about 6 seconds. At first I purposely blink and turn my head away thinking I was seeing stuff. I looked away for only a second since I did not know how long this would last. As soon as I saw them I uttered "Dustin..." he was like I see it. He then said they were going to fade out and I should watch. Later apparently he said he had seen them 2 years ago too. I was like were BOTH seeing this which I was glad because they were to fade out in less than 6 seconds. These stars were still, and then started moving as if they had been up there for years and just started moving. They seem to be mocking me or something. Whatever it was one of them travelled quickly "up into the sky" and then faded out real fast. The other one when through the space the other just had been and travelled east making a 90 degree "angle" in the sky. This second "star" faded out towards the right to the east much more slowly as if traveling off into space at GREAT speeds, or either entering the atomsphere whatever it was. I wear contacts and have 20/20 vision. I consider myself a sensitive intelligent human being. I'am a college student and have worked at Disneyland in California. Later walking on towards his house I was watching actual planes flying through the sky nearer to the horizon as a comparsion. There was none. That was nothing conventional that I know of, and I still don't know what it was. If there had been one of these I would have dismissed it. Yet there were TWO and there seemed to be cooperation since they flew through each others flight paths exactly. Very creepy and interesting. Just thought you should know, and have absoulutly no reason to write all of this for nothing. Thank You.

Satellites MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE. But it's so impossible i highly doubt it. If they were satellites they wouldn't have faded out the way they did. Also there were two of them and they slightly curved through the sky and criss-crossed paths making a 90 degree X in the sky. There was no joke almost a form of cooperation or control that I got a strange vibe from.

I recently quit my job at Disneyland in California to return home to help my Dad take care of my extremely ill mother. I also am in my 2nd semester of community college. I've worked at Home Depot and Carls Jr. before. Yet am currently looking for a job, I'am close to getting a good job at a nearby hospital. This will help me get through college and just live my life. I know a little bit about the stuff from when I was a kid and in movies and stuff. Never read any books or anything, and have seen a couple shows on TV. I thought it would be cool to see one, but never would. It was very strange and surreal.

The object looked like a flying saucer straight out of a movie just way bigger. Very bight but that was due to the reflection of the sun since it looked like it was chromed to perfection almost mirror-like.You could see what was the "cockpit " if you will on top perfectly rounded. In the middle were what looked like a few " foglights " and in the bottom a shadowy smaller round section.

I was with my sister on a sunny morning in San Juan, Puerto Rico when we made a u turn and were facing the area of El Condado from the area of El Escambrón. I was looking towards El Condado from our vehicle when I spotted a huge bright, suacer shaped aircraft hovering beyond the beach of El Condado when suddenly we hit a pigeon who was aparently driven crazy by something. We spotted the U.f.o. for about 35 seconds when we were distracted by the pigeon and when we looked up again it was gone. The saucer was about 3 airplanes long ( comparing it to airplanes that went by the same spot during the course of the day since I decided to stay in the same place ), made of a very bright metal much like chrome and the details of the aircraft were visible from the morning sky.
