San Antonio was a major military area in 1951 ( still is to some degree) & during the summer of 1951 there were many nights that the whole neighborhood would come out in the evening, put blankets down on the grass and watch the lights zip around. These lights would fly in one direction, stop, change directions, sometimes sideways, just anyway they wanted and they were very fast. The lights would stay around for quite sometime. Everyone thought they were UFO's. I was only six at the time but I believe all of this was reported in the newspapers of the day. Although I was young, it make quite an impression on me. I lights were very clear and about the brightness of a medium star, very easy to see. It even got the boy across the street to built a big telescope. Later, he became an engineer and went to work for NASA.

I saw a "fireball" fly up near one of the military bases in the summer of 1964 while driving toward the base which the news were reporting had :lights" flying around it. My brother & two friends saw it to. Also, in 1968 I was on the phone when I felt a "presence" & turning around, saw a tall, gray figure with no mouth. Telepathicly, it told me "to be careful". That's all it said, though how long it stayed I'm not sure. That's about all.

In plain view it was like a bright dot. of a magnitude similar to that of the space station. Through the binoculars it was diferent as you can see in the picture. There were variations in intensity and brightness and at times it looked like polished Chrome.

It was a little before 5:00pm. A couple of neighbors and I were chatting iin the parking lot of the complex where we live when one of them mentioned seeing a bright light and how odd it was for the stars to be vissible so early. at this point we decided to get our binoculars to take a better look at it. The binoculars we used were a 10x50 with a 7deg. field angle. After looking at the light, I pass them to one of my neighbors and went back inside to get my digital camera (Nikon coolpix 5200 - 5.1 Megapixels) I pointed the camera towards the light but I realized I needed some magnification if I wanted to get some kind of detail, therefore I pickded up the binoculars and shot a picture through them. I'll enclose the picture on an e-mail. The light remained there for about 6 or 7 minutes and then it dissapeared.

It looked like a single white little winkling star.

It was about 2 8ths of an inch. If it was the size of a plane, I would say it was maybe 10 miles away. I really don't know.

On clear nights, planes aluminates white lights usually with a flashing red light, and/or perhaps blue light. That is exactly what saw. However, 30 minutes later the lights were still in the same spot. I got my wife to come out and look at them. She shrugged it off as a twinkling star, even though she herself witnessed the pulsating pink and more frequently blue lights that accompanied the white lights. This only kept my interest for about 45 min. I mapped it in the night sky using the stars so I can locate it for the next night. But an hour and a half later that night, it was gone. The next night, nothing. I don't know if helicopters hover in one spot that long or not. I'm not saying it was a UFO. But I'm positive it was no plane, and it was no star.

It was about 20 past 10 I saw it for about 5 seconds until it went out of view behined trees it was unbelevabley clear.in an area with no houses, so no fireworks, I saw a strange object I know it wasn't a plane or anything I have seen before. the best way to describe it is that it was like the ship on Independence day but about the size of 2 passenger planes, no noise, low flying, below clouds, covered in lights mainly white lights but with the odd coloured light red blue green.

I was just watching the evening sky when towards south - south east when I saw this bright orange light. It was around 4.50-4.55 pm

I thought it might have been a meteorite. But when the light from meteorite dies out it might not come up again.

But I saw this light from north west to south east going slowly and fading in and out.

Before I could latch on my digital camera to it, I lost sight.

At first I could not distinguish the form of the object, I expect because of my unfamiliarity of it. It drifted a little while I looked at it. Then I started noticing lights. I was working on a crew setting light poles along a street and looking up toward the sky. I saw a couple airplanes, but there was one object stationary. I stared at it for a couple minutes. At first I could not distinguish the form of the object, I expect because of my unfamiliarity of it. It drifted a little while I looked at it. Then I started noticing lights. There were 3 light, like big light bulbs from your licing room lamp. But only one glowed brightly at a time, and the energy seemed to cycle through 3 orbs, that lit one at a time, and the direction of the beam seemed to vary. I always scan the sky looking for that "one." But I haven't seen that "one." The one I did see, I've seen videos of others like it. The one in Salida was whiter than white, which is one factor that interests me. The one I saw today looked more like incadescent lighting, and that bothers me. But the way it "came to be" leads me to think they are inter-dimentional. They seem to be in a state of limbo until a certain threshold is reached. Then they start to function fully. And when they leave, it's like they turn the switch off, sending them back to where they came.

i was out at my garden from a smoke!! i was enjoying the sky sceneries, then i saw an airplanes pass through the sky. it was just normal to me. i keep my eyes on the airplanes as it cross the sky's route, but suddenly i saw something different in the sky, i thought it was a plane but it doesn't have the normal blinking lights that the normal planes have, the blinking lights were rotating in a circular motions. as it moves though the clouds i focus closely and the lights keep on circulating the object (like the one in the movies!!) i didn't want to believe, but it doesn't look like an air planes to me at all. the shape of the object is rounded, the lights was blinking fast, in a circular motion. it was a contrast to me because seconds before i saw the rounded shape thing, i saw an airplanes pass through the sky, and this object is different from the airplanes.

my friend was coming to stay the night and as we walked over through my front yard a huge orangish ball of light appeared and sent down a beam of light and as if scanning the area the light went back and forth over the grass in straight rows. we ran inside and by the time we could look out the window it was gone.
